Had an awning fitted here and honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Ian, who did the job, was an absolute diamond. Fast, tidy work and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
But he went well beyond the job too — popped out a dent in our bumper while he was at it, and then spent ages showing us that our electrics and solar were Bluetooth and could connect to an app. The bloke who originally fitted them never bothered to mention that, so we had no idea. Ian walked us through the whole thing.
Brilliant service, brilliant bloke, job done quick and done right. We'll absolutely be back.

Came here to get an awning fitted and walked away genuinely impressed. Ian did the work and he was so good - quick, neat, and you could tell straight away he actually knew his stuff.

What really won us over though was everything extra he did without being asked. He popped a dent out of our bumper, then took proper time showing us that our electrics and solar run off Bluetooth and link up to an app - something the original fitter never once mentioned, so we'd been completely in the dark about it.

Genuinely helpful from start to finish, and the job was done fast and done properly.

We'll definitely be coming back!

Placed a bulk cable order and got an email from them, confirming if it's what I wanted and was not a misinput.

Later told that the item I ordered was not for external use and was promptly refunded once requested. (Manner of seconds)

Excellent service and excellent workmanship in fitting an awning to my campervan. Tiny little details of neat thought and work really make a difference to the finished job. Totally chuffed

After much deliberation we decided to seek out a basic off- grid solar kit, to power a small leisure pool pump, so no more hassle with extension cables. Having contacted these guys, Edward promptly and professionally answered all my rudimentary questions and even provided calculations and data sheets, based on our location, to demonstrate the level of system required. Eventually we purchased the recommended off-grid kit and everything was hassle free, Edward even sorted out my request for battery upgrade after initially ordering a lesser model. The kit arrived in good time and again, Edward has been really helpful in answering some questions around wiring of the kit, which I have now completed. Would absolutely recommend these guys 100%

I first went to Sunstore a year ago (May 2024) to have quite a large shopping list carried out. I’ve only dealt with Tom, Neil, Katie and Edward and my experience during my visit(s) has been a complete no hassle approach. Unfortunately and quite understandably (as there are so many different computations of base vehicle/habitats around) things didn’t all work out but they were happy for me to bring it back (at no additional cost) to sort out all of my issues until I was happy! Sunstore and their workshop team have been nothing short of fantastic. I can’t praise them enough for their expertise, helpfulness, and the consistently high quality of their work. Tom, Edward, and the fitters are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly in layman's terms, making the whole process easy to understand.

What really impressed me is their honesty—there was no upselling, and in fact, they advised me not to purchase a product that wasn’t necessary. That kind of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated.

They even managed to fit me in at short notice to fix an issue caused by a dealer-installed item—going above and beyond expectations. I’ve now used Sunstore for two motorhomes, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a solar upgrade.

Fantastic company, very highly recommended. I had a skylight fitted to my motorhome washroom which was not an easy job in the limited space. Edward was really efficient and friendly with booking us in, then we saw Tom for advice.

Tom is very knowledgeable and was really thorough in examining what the problem was and explaining it to us and making suggestions of what to try ( no hard sell or mansplaining which is SO refreshing, so fellow van women you can visit in confidence that you will be treated as you should be!)

The thing that always stands out for us is that you are treated exactly the same whether you have an old motorhome ( like ours) or a really expensive top of the range model, there is absolutely no difference in the attention and service you get.

Fitted a replacement leisure battery to my campervan. The service from the response to my online question to the consultation and the fitting was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Hugely impressed: after this I wouldn't go anywhere else for motorhome servicing.

Last year we bit the bullet and had Sunstore fit solar panel to our Chausson motorhome. Service from enquiry to completion was first class. The after sales is also excellent. This year had gas flow installed and shunt to monitor batteries. Again Service was excellent and Chris was brilliant. Sunstore I know my go to place.

Luke has been really patient with me as I know nothing about setting up a solar system on my paddock fencing. The system is up and running and I have not blown the pony up!!!. The items came really well packaged and quickly. I would definitely recommend Sunstore.

Well what can I say?
Tom at Sunstore Solar, you are FAB! Had an issue with heater/hot water Truma heater on my old Hymer. At home would not fire up and keep working....
Turned out lack of use! He explained reasons for this in a clear manner and made some useful recommendations going forward.
Expected a bill to pay, such is almost inevitable elsewhere, no all part of Sunstore's service.
Great to have such a team on hand near to home.

Had a solar panel fit and a new leisure battery fitted to my motorhome. Excellent service from my initial enquiry through to fitting and collection. Knowledgeable, courteous and helpful throughout. On collection they me through the process, explaining where and how they had hidden the wiring and how to access data via an app etc. Great service and highly recommend.

The motorhome habitation door wouldn't open. Rang on Wednesday asking for help. The next day the 'van' was in the workshop and half an hour later - problem solved. Brilliant stuff. Thank you so much.

Having just moved into a new build house with solar panels I had been in discussions with several solar companies exploring the potential benefits and costs of incorporating a battery to store the additional unused energy captured. Most companies had suggestions of batteries with costings of around £5/6000. All offered to do a survey once a substantial deposit had been paid. I contacted Sunstore who asked for details of our usage and projected usage as suggested by our provider British Gas. I was also able to give him the meter readings from our solar panels. Tom offered to visit our home and survey our current system and talk about our lifestyle and requirements. He spent an hour checking our system and establishing the technicalities of installing a battery. He also took the time to explain about the solar system on our house and how it worked alongside power from the grid, and what currently happened to excess energy generated. After an hour or so, Tom advised us that in fact he didn’t think it would be in our interest, financially, to incur the cost of installing a battery. He then suggested an alternative solution which would be much more cost effective for our circumstances, offering a reasonable percentage of the money back for the excess energy we could generate during sunny summer months by using a different energy provider. Offering us a kind of ‘virtual battery’. I expressed surprise that he wasn’t trying to sell me a solution, or indeed make any charge for his survey… his answer was that his company’s ethos was to ensure they only provided products and/or services which they knew would be beneficial to their customers. Clearly Sunstore are completely ethical company who are driven by their desire to provide 100% satisfaction from their customers. This very much comes across from all their other reviewers on this site. I was surprised and so was Tom when I insisted on sending him home with a very nice bottle of wine for his trouble.

Good customer care the stuff is good quality and good value for money. I have had panels of theirs for 20 years still running despite my abuse.

Bought a solar panel complete kit, fitted & connected up all OK, luckily I checked later only to find battery was getting overcharged as the charge controller was faulty, fitted another I had in garage & all OK. They do not seem interested in replacing the faulty one!

I bought a 100w solar kit plus inverter from this company. There was a fault with the inverter.which the company dealt with quickly and professionally. It is a pleasure to deal with a people who are knowledgeable and capable. They will be my first port of call when I upgrade the system. Many thanks to Edward for all his help.
