False shipping promises/only 5 day returns
I bought two items and paid for expedited shipping which guaranteed a two business day delivery. When my items didn't arrive after four business days I emailed customer service and was told that it takes 4-8 days to process an order and that I could expect my items 7-12 days after the order was received even though I paid for expedited shipping. When I asked to cancel my order, no one replied to me. I left for vacation without my items. They we delivered while I was gone. Now that I am home and am trying to return the items for a refund, I'm told that returns must occur with five days of receipt. Five days! I have never heard of a company with such a short return policy. I am now out of money for the shipping and the cheaply made items that were sent to me.
