Really bad customer service! I ordered a lamp for 53€ and it didn’t even arrive. Its been A MONTH. They are replying slowly and always repeating that they are waiting for a review from the logistics company. Im waiting for this review since last week. They didn’t make reship or refund even when I asked for it,they are just standing there waisting my time and playing with my money!
Bought the Sun Plus UV/LED Nail Lamp at Christmas. Finally got around to using it and it had a short. Lights flickered, counter reset, very irritating.
Contacted customer service and their response was to ask me to plug it back in and use it long enough to video the problem. Can you imagine? Go ahead and burn down your house over a $40 nail lamp. As if they couldn't have tested this on their own once they received the return.
Disgraceful.
The SUN2C LED Light came in quickly after ordering it. Also, I tried painting my gel nails with and without the lamp to see if there was a difference, and there sure was! Without the lamp, my nail polish was mush and wouldn’t dry, but with the lamp, my gel polish hardened VERY fast, and lasted over a week. So, I highly recommend this LED light for your at home gel manicures! Plus, longer lasting manicures means reduced energy consumption. Just sayin!
Ordered a new UV lamp from the official website, but received it with many black marks all over. Very disappointed, especially since it was a gift for Christmas. Contacted customer service (no hello, no greeting from them) but no return, they let it go. First but last order at SUNUV, unacceptable.
