The prices are reasonable, service is quick. I have also contacted customer services a few times in the past and they are always so quick to respond and very polite too. Wouldn't order my vitamins from anywhere else.

They've made it really hard to cancel subscription, can't see any way to cancel via the website so you have to go through live chat or email which takes a long time just to cancel some vitamins
Never received my item and didn't get a response from a few emails to customer service about this so bad review it is.

Excellent product, always well packed & a fast delivery.
I had a very positive experience with SunVitD3 till now. Didn't mind the constant promotion emails etc. as very good. Had done multiple orders over last 2 years. However the most recent one is turning into a problem, somehow their systems managed to default the shipping address to a very old address (5 years) old and claim that I set it. It looks like a clash between an another email id that I had used much much early on. Somehow their systems have combined that into the list of options in their checkout UX with a lot of duplicates. Now they claim I made the address selection to an address I don't live and they have delivered it there.
I will wait her for a response and a hopefully proper resolution.
Note to whoever is checking this. Do not check what shopify did, check what your systems reported to shopify.

Update: I have got the order as promised. Thanks. However I still stand by my original feedback. The option to default to one of the addresses was not done by me. Customers who have already got orders delivered correctly to their present address are NOT going to check again if the system has now presented a different address at checkout time. Best is NOT to default the address at all and let the user manually select it each time. Updated rating to reflect the positive resolution.

Keep pestering me with review emails even though I’ve already reviewed.
I've been using SunVit Vitamin D as recommended by my GP, and I always purchased it from my local pharmacy. This time, I decided to order it directly from the SunVit website, which was much cheaper and user-friendly. The delivery was prompt, and I received notifications throughout the process.

Best customer service! I wanted order 4000iu but they didn’t have it so I was advised very kindly by Tony. Who suggested to get 2000iu and also refunded by shipping fees too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and will order from here all the time.
Delivery came on time and in excellent condition/packaging.
Shame I can’t give more than 5 stars 😅

I was told by my gp that I had to purchase these, so I Poughkeepsie 3 months supply. I only take 1 a week. There are no problems with it.

13 emails since ordering the product, which took 5 days to arrive. What is wrong with these people, how on earth can they not know that we do not want to be bombarded with emails! Is it a supreme arrogance to think we actually want this?
As of today, 3rd May 2024, I have now had 15 emails from Sunvit since ordering the product. The person who answers these posts doesn't seem to take on board that this could even be an issue. Whether he will see my edited post, I don't know, no option to post again. I can send him a screenshot of all the emails if he would like proof.

I currently take a high dosage of Vit - D3 weekly due to my cancer treatment to keep the levels to what it should be. I have no side nor adverse effects, even though I have stomach issues.
I found that their products of a good quality, customer service are spot-on and speedy delivery; just all positive!
