Fantastic service, food and excursions. Lower deck cabin not as comfortable as on previous cruise. Repeated trouble with heating in cabin but despite freezing on a number of occasions and repeated complaints and empty cabins in upper levels we were never offered an alternative. Would still recommend Amawaterways for all the other facilities and lovely restaurants and public areas, plus excellent staff. But if your budget allows choose cabins on upper decks as there are no complimentary upgrades with this company.
