We had a great holiday - everything went well - we had visited the hotel before so we knew all about it and its facilities. The only gripe was that the Sunexpress flight on the Saturday/Sunday arrived in Kusadasi too late, it was approx 3:30 am when we arrived at out hotel.
We had fabulous time in Kusadasi Hotel was great perfect location and staff were very helpful we didn't meet the rep for five days and and never got the welcome envelope however everything turn out well Derici Hotel was very good and love to return again
Holiday was just what we needed the staff were very nice especially the room staff very happy to help in every way hope to come back next year
The hotel was fine and convenient to every thing rooms were small and kettle would be handy

I was pleasantly surprised with the Derici hotel after reading bad reviews about it, The mattress was hard but I requested a mattress topper before I went and I got one.The room was spotless and would be cleaned every day if I wanted it cleaned. The breakfast was good.and they served lovely fresh bread. The hotel is very close to the Centrum. However the Swimming pool is on the roof and it can be very windy and no sun came in on the balcony as there was a canopy overhead. Peninsula tours were very expensive. Two years ago the full day tour to Ephesus was €50.00 and now its €115.00. I went with New Happy Days Travel Agency and it was €80.00 and also picked up at the hotel. I would like to thank your team as we were very well looked after when we had to land in Liverpool due to the storm on the 20th. we were put up in the Tribe hotel in Manchester and were served dinner that night and breakfast the following morning, We also got a voucher for 10.00 pounds in Liverpool Airport. Well done and I hope to book my next holiday with Sunway at the Holiday Fair next January. Kindest regards Mary Treacy

Hotel was very clean and room staff were very nice and welcoming but the desk staff who were men need to learn a few people skills other than that I would stay there again

Was a great location short walk to bars and restaurants and plenty of shops maid's and cleaning staff very helpful but reception staff were very on helpful didn't try to help in any way we asked didn't seem to have to must manners or respect when speaking to us could do with changing things might help with there customers overall experience not great

We spent 7 nts in Hotel Derici from 2nd Oct, repeat guests, wouldn’t stay anywhere else due to it’s Excellent location, Dolmus stop just across the road, within walking distance to town centre….Bedroom fairly spacious with balcony,All staff so friendly and accommodating, extensive breakfast menu, can’t wait to return in 2025 😎

Great location, hotel very clean, cleaned the room every day . Clean towels every day. Breakfast : great variety. Staff very helpful. Only downfall no kettle in the room so we would bring our own next time.

Found the staff helpful, room was basic but clean. Enjoyed my stay
We went for 3 weeks and on arrival we did not get the room we requested. It did take them 3 days to correct this. the room we ended up in was bigger and better, The breakfast was great and the staff helpful. great location, we had a great holiday.

Lovely hotel on the seafront very clean and friendly staff would recommend
Great location and staff. Breakfast is a buffet but food went cold fairly quickly. We stayed in left side view room, it was windy on the balcony and only had sun for about 1 hour in the morning. We just slept there and went out every day/night. Nothing there to keep you in the hotel, bar closed at 12pm.
Excellent location,spotlessly clean,staff very helpful will definitely return.
