This hotel is in a great area. Lots of restaurants nearby and v convenient bus nearby to the Medina.The staff were friendly and helpful.The two double rooms we were given were in disrepair. There were no curtains on the windows. The shower in one of the rooms was hanging off the wall and was unusable. The door locks were broken on the second room. Just one lightbulb working. We complained to the Sunway rep who visited the following morning and he arranged for us to move to two other rooms which were satisfactory.
