Hotel is brilliant very good location close to everything. Staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful. We had a room for family of 4 with two bedrooms. The only thing is the rooms definitely need to be updated and definitely new carpets. Over we are hoping to go back again next year. Breakfast very good plenty of options. We had the best view from our room.

Staff excellent. Accommodation excellent . Breakfast was not too good. Only thing I could eat was eggs toast. I like porridge in the morning. .
Had a great holiday, second time to stay here. Very central, no need for taxis. The staff are excellent, each and every one from cleaning staff, to reception staff, to waiting staff and kitchen staff. A particular word of thanks to the kitchen staff, who are so helpful and go out of their way to facilitate any request
Location just spot on. Our room was lovely. Beautiful view. Our fourth time staying at the Palm. Definitely the nicest room. Staff are just brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Home from home.
Very pleasent staff, all amenities very good.

Sunbeds around pool shaded all day. Rooms were still decorated from 1970!! Room was absolutely shocking, dirty carpet stained, so small, for the price would have expected allot more!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but very clean. Housekeeping staff were excellent. The only fault I have is that the bar prices were very very expensive compared to other bars and restaurants in Kusasadi.

Homely, friendly and central. However, the pool area lacks a lot of basics. Clientele go to enjoy the sun. Approx 35 sunloungers with only cushions for 6/7. Those cushions were purchased pre world war one. Following complaints they produced 4 new acceptable ones. A little comfort is expected.

This was our second time to stay at the Palm and we had the best time. The hotel is very central , clean and the most important thing from the manager to the cleaners the staff couldn't do enough for us. We will be back.
Very basic hotel but well priced & good location. Recption & serving staff Very nice & welcoming. Management not as welcoming.Balcony door did not lock, as there was no latch on it & was extremely noisy to open & close. It was end of season so breakfast variety was minimal & if you didn't eat eggs, you could be hungry. No fresh juices.I went for a relaxing break, however we were given no notice that the nearest building/apartments were being demolished & the machine began work at 8am, it was extremely noisy with large quantities of dust blowing over to our balcony/pool & the open breakfast. area. There were no apologies from anyone. Very disappointed with this. We tried to ring the sunway rep but no answer or reply.

Hotel is a bit dated with no tea / coffee making facilities it the rooms . Having said that it was spotless clean and in a great location . Near to everything. But most importantly of all the staff where 100% the best you could ask for I would Recommend for adults.

Location, cleanliness and staff 1st class. breakfast very basic. restaurant and bar not open, poolside cocktail bar open but not manned on a regular basis. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again just for it's convenience. 4 stars it's not. Declan&Susan Cullen

Palm hotel was a lovely, relaxing stay, no rush to sunbeds in morning 😉 very clean and staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and town for restaurant and shops so al in all a very pleasant stay in palm hotel. We will be back to you.
