Fabulous hotel, so well located.. would have loved a proper 5th bed not a camp bed but were able to take turns, food for breakfast was great, so many options for kids, loved availability of fruit and vegetables.. free sleds too was a huge hit.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sokos. It was clean and welcoming, there was ample space and storage in our room and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter loved the buffet, she loved being able to select her own breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Fantastic hotel with lovely friendly staff, great quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and lovely warm comfortable rooms. Very happy to recommend this great hotel for your winter Lapland experience.

The hotel is good. The staff are accommodating & the rooms are correct. Coffee in the part where the buffet is, isn’t great but they have their own cafe where the coffee is good. I’d like to come back and not have my meals included in my package and be free to have breakfast in their cafe and eat out for lunch and dinner.

Lovely hotel . Very friendly staff. Especially Hilda . Such a beautiful girl and super informative . Very accommodating for children too . Loved that the hotel went above and beyond for the smaller child with plastic plates , beakers etc will definitely come back . 🇮🇪

Our stay in December 2025 was fantastic. The room was lovely, with everything we needed. The heated floor at the entrance was a great touch as it allowed us to dry out some of our wet footwear. The food was great too, and the staff were both approachable and very helpful.

A lovely hotel, the front desk team were efficient and very helpful. The food was excellent, and plenty of it and the children thoroughly enjoyed the waffles and nutella and marshmallows. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and cleaned daily. The beds were like fluffy clouds, so comfortable. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it. Location wise, it was in the centre of Levi and within walking distance of the slopes.

Sokos Hotel is a fabulous hotel in the centre of town...location is perfect....food fabulous hot, fresh and plenty of it!....Hotel was warm inviting and wonderful staff...couldn't have asked for more....10/10 ...I will have fond memories forever x

Family of 7, stayed here as part of our Sunway package and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Food was amazing, all kids of foods for both adults and kids, really friendly staff and rooms were beautiful with an amazing balcony with a view! Would highly recommend the Sokos Hotel if you are staying in Levi, will definitely return here in the future
