If you have a room on the marina side of the hotel you will be kept awake by music till 2am most nights very disturbing. Booking beds with towels is a big problem in the pool area. We even had golfers booking 6/9 beds early morning and returning at 3pm to lift them and not use the beds. Bad show for a 5 star hotel. Don’t think we would reuse the Tivoli.
