They don't keep in contact with you and when it arrives it's in a dented box. And to add salt to injury, the thing doesn't work properly. Keep away

Please be informed that the product was shipped from our branch in perfect condition and fully functional, in accordance with our quality control procedures.
You mentioned that we did not get in touch, but the parcel was delivered on April 14th. However, you only reported a problem after a full week had passed, and on Easter Sunday. Additionally, you stated that you tampered with the product by changing the plug yourself—an action that voids any warranty on the item.
Unfortunately, under these circumstances, a refund or return is no longer possible, as the product has been altered and the standard reporting procedure was not followed.
We regret to say that this is not acceptable behavior. While customers certainly have rights, they are not always right when the basic conditions of sale and support are violated.
