My cats have never worn collars. We are moving and felt we needed them.
I followed your very helpful guide about introducing them to the collars and it worked like a dream.It helps that the collars are soft and light and both cats are very happy tinkling around!

Supakit's customer service is amazing
Supakit's customer service is amazing! They helped me find the items I was after and really came through for me with sizing.
Shipping didn't take too long, and the items received were really great quality! I now just need the Aussie weather to get a bit warmer to take my kitties out into the big wide world with their harnesses.

Love the new harness
Ordering was easy, everything I needed to knows explained in multiple ways for ease of understanding. The harness fits very well and Calcifer moves a lot more freely with it than before, while also being more secure if he gets spooked.

Our collar is perfect
Our collar is perfect. My little old man has sensitive skin and was experiencing hair loss around his neck from a collar that was rubbing against his neck. This collar is so light weight that it barely grazes against his fur. I’m so happy to have found it. Plus it’s cork and reminds me of when we lived in Spain. It was worth the splurge.

Hi Rachel, thanks you so much for letting us know that our collar was helpful for your cats condition. We do go that bit further in lining our collars with the same soft and smooth material as the outside, which does cost a little more. This really helps the collar slide over a cats fur and skin and prevent rubbing, unlike other collars that have an unfinished, rough lining.
I'm also am a huge cork fan :-) it really is a super material!!

Returns you won’t get refunded shipping fees
Very disappointed with customer service. My cat got her mouth caught on the collar as it was not right enough even though I followed their directions to fit one finger in it while it’s on her. Regardless I returned the collar I wasn’t refunded the shipping I paid for it to get shipped to me and I had to pay to ship it back to them for the return. I was in the hole for $20. Very unhappy that they don’t cover the cost of shipping. Will not be shopping here again.
