Not worth it on Samsung

I've had supcases on all my apple product. But I got an S26 paid a bunch of money for the case. And the paint chips e z I have to handle it like it's a delicate flower.

Had a issue with my Flip 7 case

Had an issue with my Flip 7 case, the front cover had cracked. I emailed Supe and got a response within the day. They asked for proof of purchase. I sent... the following day, a new case was shipped to me. Can't ask for better customer service. Thanks!!

Great Flip7 Phone Case and Customer Service

It was my first purchase of this company and I was a little skeptical since everything was on Amazon. It was to my great surprise customer service responded within 2 days and had everything settled by the 4th day. Not only has the Flip7 phone case been impressive their customer service behind it has been just as great.

This company honors their word!

The shell on my case cracked and the stand had broken. I called, sent photos of damage, and was promptly sent a new case! I really appreciate a company that stands behind their products and honors their warranties. I will always use Supcase for my devices!!

The clip broke at the hinge and the…

The clip broke at the hinge and the folding piece you can use as a stand no longer stayed clipped in it's storage. The biggest problem is I thought I had unlimited replacement. But I found out to late. That they only replace the case once. This happened less then 6 months after I bought the case. At least my Otter Box case on my previous phone lasted over 6 years before it broke.

BEST protection for your investment.

Great warranty service

The tab that holds the phone in holster broke off from use. It was quick and easy to file a warranty claim. The replacement holster arrived in about a week.
