I have ordered from this site many times. They can source even the most obscure model kit or accessory. Always a great experience and good customer support.

The website is fantastic, they post pictures of the box contents of everything they sell, this is such a useful tool as a modeller

Over 3 months ago I placed an order. I paid through PayPal. They never shipped it. This wasn't my first order. They shipped the previous orders fine. But this wasn't, for some reason, possibly something was out of stock. I was eventually able to secure a refund and place a new order. Overall they did a good job of responding to the problem. Will buy from them again.

I have been using this web shop for a few years now. As others have said, they may not be the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either! Low shipping costs make up for the costs. I have had some problems in the past (leaking glue, incomplete photo etch - a manufactures fault not Super hobby's) In both cases they corrected the problem without fuss adding the items to my next order. They have not let me down so far so I will be sticking with them.

I've been a customer for a couple years now and you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service anywhere. I'd misplaced a part, they not only found me a new one, but remembered to throw it in with my next order--long after I'd forgotten about it. Shipping is generally fast and cheaper than a lot of domestic companies.

Can't fault staff and contact with them. I bought the RTD-35010 Large Stone Arch Bridge ordered about 2 weeks ago , arrived today,was really looking forward to making this the centre piece of my diorrama, but on opening the box over half the plaster pieces were broken and most of them in so many pieces they were unfixable. No fragile label on box , which may of helped could have been packed better , not just bubble wrapped.. I was gutted

Great hobby store fast and accurate shipping love it will be buying from them again for sure.

I've ordered twice now and haven't had to deal with customer services, since everything's gone off without a hitch, so I can't speak to how they resolve issues. But from what I mention above it seems like these should be few and far between and that Super-Hobby is a company that would handle them professionally.

It's too bad their review system of products doesn't seem like it's used by customers at all. But the historically accurate descriptions by the webshop itself are very much appreciated.

My second review of this shop.
Almost every time, fast delivery. They are not always the cheapest, but low sending costs ( to the Netherlands )will sometimes do the job.
Also customer service is superb!!! Had a wrong item delivers, contact with customer service was good and fast. Have the good item within a week, and can keep the wrong for free.

Everything came as expected, high quality nothing broken expect for the outside box but that might have been the courier's poor handling.

As others have said, I was told to wait...and wait. The tracking number on my last order indicates it's being returned to sender due to an address problem.....and now the Super Hobby site is down.....
As a follow up - Shortly after they said I would be refunded within a couple of days, my CC was compromised by fraudulent charges - bit of a coincidence......

Scam website, Advertised as UK domain, but then ship from poland and its but been 6 weeks still no item reached out to customer service they try and delay you and make you wait and then make excuses and lies saying this is normal because UK is not part of the EU complete lies i order outside UK all the time no issues from others.

Still no refund from them. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Don't be fooled by cheaper prices. SCAM!

Terrible customer service!! Ordered in Dec, it is almost March and I still have nothing. Every e-mail I send is answered with a "wait a few more weeks." Now they respond and say they have tracked the package to customs in the US Postal service with zero actionable details (where is it specifically, contact phone number). I paid them for this product ($148 worth of aircraft models)...it is their job to get it to me or refund me. I have requested a refund multiple times and they continue to delay and stall. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Good outfit with good pricing and reasonable shipping cost to U.S. Was initially wary but my Tamiya items came with no issues. They answer the phone. I Will use them again. Only reason not a 5 was lead time (little over a week ) but that prob should be expected.

Terrible service, my model ship was missing parts. Tried numerous times contacting the company for days with no answer back. I'm stuck with a build that cant be completed. Beware of this company. I wasted my money.

I've only ordered from them once and just read the reviews. Here's my take.

It said less than 2 weeks to receive my order but after placing it it showed a date of all the way to April. But received it within 2 weeks. They contacted me to inform me that one of the boxes was severely damaged and if I still wanted the item the model itself was intact but the box is pretty much a loss no big deal to me.
I appreciated in contacting me before the shipment was made. Also if you look on the site some items aren't in stock or you can request a restocking so if you're not careful when you order something you may find that you're waiting way longer than you thought, not their problem you should have looked closer. I received a tracking number and watched it all away from Poland to the US postal service. Is something is lost in the mail not sure how it's their fault especially when you have no insurance on the parcel. I don't know how some people expect a company to be responsible for something that gets lost in the mail. That's what you get when you order overseas. My overall experience was great everything was well priced very happy.

Everything went well. I have made an order on 6.12.2022 form Bratislava Slovakia and received my order on 8.12.2022 lunchtime. Excelent service I can recommend this online store. I have order only few items for approx. 27€ postage included, all stocked just to check the retailer. Paid by PayPal, I was immediately informed via email that the transaction went well they received my payment, the communication followed soon after by confirmation of goods being packed and sent by GLS courier. Will be back, thank you.

Very easy to deal with, a great range and very competitive pricing. Delivery fees aren’t too bad but can take a little longer due to the distance for the cheaper options.

I've read some negative reviews but most of them at least had a reply from Super-Hobby. I haven't even received a reply after several emails and internal messages. My order never arrived and they don't answer my emails. This is the typical company that when things work fine no problem, but if you have a problem you're fkcd...

First time using Super Hobby from the UK. Awesome range of products, most importantly for me the Mr Hobby colour modulation sets and the larger 23ml jars of tamiya paints which I have trouble getting near me. Shipping took a few weeks however this was communicated to me from the moment of purchase and item was delivered, well packaged and protected, during the period it was due to arrive. Really happy and will shop here again. Highly recommended!

All ordered items arrived fast and securely packaged. I recommend this site for everyone who is keen on modelling or is pro in scale modelling.
