Still no refund ?

I had a figurine shipped back it’s been more than a month and I still haven’t gotten a refund they keep saying it’s still in transit which I think is bullshit cuz nothing that comes and goes from the United States takes longer than a month

Disaster, double customs and zero help.

I preordered the Papa V Perpetua figure with them in 2025. When I placed the order customs and some kind of tarrifs were already included in the order.

When it shipped I had to pay for customs (around 14€) to receive the order. They marked the order as delivered and they didn't even deliver it at my place, I was almost a week without knowing nothing from this order because they scarcely respond to the emails.

Then I discovered my order was still undelivered in the warehouse of the postal office, so I had to go there to fetch it myself at my own expense (Super7 didn't even try to offer some kind of compensation for both the customs and error in the delivery, which meant I wasted money on the shipping for the figure).

Then the box was damaged, thankfully not the figure but the quality is really poor, I expected more for the price, and the "Super Pack" (an extra head and hands for the figure) that was included with preorders was nowhere to be found.

They again didn't try to find a solution nor informed of the solution they may take. Days after that I start receiving FedEx phone messages asking for a custom duties payment (20€) for a shipment I don't recognize. After insisting to Super7 because I first suspected it was some king of scam they said is the reshipment of the "Super Pack" (which they didn't inform me of to at least be aware of it) and that it was strange they were asking for customs since it was "marked as 0$". They didn't even try to help me in any way but I refused to pay those customs, telling them that if FedEx tried to charge me for those at my door I'd refuse and the reshipment would be returned to them and we should find a better solution.

FedEx delivers the reshipment without asking for the money somehow (I assumed they paid it on their end but never informed me), I forget about it until today April 8th 2026 when I receive an envelope with an invoice asking AGAIN for those extra custom duties of 20€. I'm not paying for that, I'll wait for Super7 response if it ever arrives.

Don’t be deceived by how good the product looks

This is related to my purchase from an independent retailer of one of their ultimate action figures (Power Rangers Goldar).
Basically these are very high priced figures, way more expensive than professional retailers such as the brands Hasbro, Mattel, Neca etc.
Figure looks great in an impressive display packaging. Unfortunately the packaging is the only quality thing about it.
Like most action figures, it has swappable pieces, eg multiple heads, hands and in this case wings. Quality is so poor the ball joints which hold them are brittle and snap immediately.
After a lot of research online, turns out this a very common complaint among collectors.
As such I didn’t seek a replacement from my regular retailer because they’re always fantastic. I emailed super 7 directly and asked for help.
After a long wait, had a completely un empathetic response from their customer care manager.
Tried the brand, very poor and not going there again: sticking to the professionals.

Terrible Service

A week to print out a shipping label? No response from customer service re: when -- or even, if -- order will arrive?? Poorly operated companies like this don't deserve our business.

I would give less than 1 star if it was…

I would give less than 1 star if it was an option. Horrible customer service. Paid extra for shipping to have my package in time for my wife's birthday. Came 4 days late, because it sat in their warehouse for 4 days without shipping. Then I didn't get my entire order. I called their customer service line multiple times with no answer. They finally responded to an email saying although the product description advertised two figures, they meant you only get one! Although the shipping order I had stated figures with an s. As in plural. Do not order from these crooks.

DO NOT TRUST SUPER7 WITH YOUR MONEY!!

DO NOT TRUST SUPER7 WITH YOUR MONEY!!! I spent $650 before tax and shipping to crowdfund the Cat's Lair. Super7 sent it in a flimsy box and when it arrived damaged, they refused to refund me, and they would not assist with the claims process. This made sense later on when I found out they didn't pay for shipping insurance. I now own a broken piece of junk I cannot display or resell which cost me over $800 with shipping and tax.

Never Again!

I spoke with Rudy from customer service...wow...so RUDE. I just spent $300 on one figure & you want to treat me like crap. Guy, you need to remember what keeps this company alive...YOUR CUSTOMERS! Whoever Rudy is, he needs to go! Also, their return policy is crap. They just want to make that big sale and lock us in eith their crap merchandise. I will NEVER purchase feom these idiots ever again! My brother just dropped $1k on 3 items. I guarantee he will neve4 be back either. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Broken arms and legs.

Clothing is fine. Reaction is solid.

But the Ultimates line is a crap shoot at best.

The Ultimate toys they have been putting out are disappointing. Nothing like getting a brand new $55 figure and it break the very first time you try and move an arm or a leg.

I bought five figures from them and three(!) are junk. One broken in the box and the other two broke the second I tried to move them.

What happened over there with quality control?

I received 2 figurines damaged during…

I received 2 figurines damaged during the transport, they were simply placed in a box with a thin sheet of light cardboard above them as "protection", so I contacted customer service who offered me a discount of 40% off my next order or replacement figurines. I chose the replacement, but they only offer returns via FedEx, whose nearest drop-off point is 1 hour 15 minutes from me! I explained the situation, offering UPS which is right next to my house, I was told that they only used FedEx and cannot do anything more for me... I don't understand how they are supposed to offer collectibles items and limited editions when they pack them very badly like that?! This is not what I expect from a company like this. I lost money ans I am very disappointed. Simply shipping new figurines to me would have cost them something like 40$ but they didn't do anything like this and lost a customer.

TMNT Ultimates

Recently ordered for the first time from their website due the reasonable prices compared to other international stores. I choose DHL International Express for the shipping and it was very fast! Just took a few days to ship it and I was also regularly updated. Parcel was well-packaged and their support always answers questions. All in all I'm very satisfied so big shout out to Super7!

Bad service

Very bad experience to buy online, my items stopped having tracking information after they arrived to Canada and their costumers service doesn't gives any support, they don't even bother to check my order number in their system.
