Needed a particular tile. Floor & Decor wanted $200 to ship to my local store. Arbor had the exact tile I needed, lower price, and only $49 shipping. Glad I found them.

Price Phenomenal Water Heater

I am not a tech person. The website was easy to maneuver. The price is lower than Cosco, Home Depot or Lowes, even after paying for shipping. I am excited to get my water heater!! Thank you!!

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! They provide fake updates regarding shipping, ultimately reporting your item has been delivered when, in fact, it was never shipped. When called out on their BS they continue to say be patient, or that the package has been delivered and perhaps your neighbor has it. Total SCAM!

We have looked and shopped many hours and finally found the item we need our patio was partially destroyed by the 5 inch snow storm this year. It made me cry and am so grateful you were there

Super easy web site to navigate

Super easy web site to navigate! Great selection of products and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended site. This was a first time order but it won’t be my last. Will definitely be ordering from Arbor again!

Ultimately

Ultimately, Super Arbor performed WAY above expectations, where I had inadvertently placed my orders without a thorough review of other customer experiences. I came close to canceling my orders twice but I trusted the process. Processing and delivery took a LONG time but it was nearly EXACTLY as they specify in their terms.

Unable to speak with a live person

Unable to speak with a live person. They cannot tell you if they have the product in stock. You have to wait up to 2 weeks after ordering to find out. The one star represents the point that they do not charge your account till they ship the product.

Don’t buy from super arbor

They took my order 4/11 and provided me an order number and did nothing. For now I have not been charged as of 4/30. It is impossible to get a hold of them either by calling or email calls are answered by an AI bot that is not helpful.

AI Scam

From my experience this whole company is a scam, from an AI generated website to AI customer support agents, there's not a live person anywhere. I ordered a box of flooring, the order email sent to junk folder. I've had issues before with other sort of questionable sites so I took a screen shot of the order number, and that order number did not match the one I received by email. When calling in, the AI won't even see that order number as valid, had to use the confirmation one. There is effectively no way to talk to anyone who can do anything. It's been over a month since I ordered with no email, delivery date, shipping info, or ability to communicate, so I've requested an order cancel, again, just hoping that actually happens. I couldn't remember what source I used for payment and I couldn't find the charge on the ones I checked. Maybe they don't charge till the product is actually available to ship? Please stay away, deal with a company that has people involved.
