Is this a scam?

Would have been nice to know the shipping date before purchase.

Update: No response for over 14 days. No response to e-mail since they say they will not take telephone calls unless the order is charged. They have not charged the card yet. I hope this dies on the vine and don't charge me in the future. I have purchase what I need elsewhere.

So far they have took my money. I have not received my tool every time I get a hold of them.They don't answer my questions.I am asking. And so far, I have not received a refund
