I’ve bought here a few time but this time round I dealt with Jonathan and he has given the best service answered all questions got me free delivery and a tad more on my part ex would recommend

Jonathan from Milton Keynes Superbike’s is one off the best customer service person I have ever had,he gave me so much time and gave me so much advice on my bike.

Order cancelled! Communication bad customer care bad overall experience was a disappointment. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Cant believe all these good reviews as my experience tells a very different story.

Jonathan was great when dealing with my enquiry. PX’d a street tripple for a gsxr and done a fair deal with PX value. New bike is mint and excited for this season. Jon also made sure the bike was turned around in good time and had it ready for the weekend. Paul also helped in getting the deal over the line.

Just a quick thank you to Blanka, she was wonderfully helpful yesterday, she managed to get me a great deal on my next bike.

I purchased a GSX R 750 L4 from them. The bike has had a clutch slip/2nd gear issue since I bought it from them. I've sent multiple emails over whats been around 2 years now, I've only ridden the bike around 10 times in that time as it's not safe to use. I took out the extended warranty policy when I purchased the bike. I've tried to contact to find out how to get it sorted but no responses at all. I bought the bike for a substantial amount an had anyone had tested it before selling, they would have known the issue with the gearbox instantly. Thought it best to leave a review to maybe stop someone else getting ripped off

Jonathan was a great sales person who wasn't pushy and clear on what I was trying to get. He's helped me get back on a bike I can love and ride again after a few years off. I can't recommend hm and SuperBike Factory enough.

Thank you to Paul, Blanka and Jon at Milton Keynes for an excellent service. Having watched many reviews regarding policy and procedures at Superbike factory any fears were soon erased.
At my first viewing of my now newly acquired Triumph Speed Twin Paul was very helpful answering all my questions and nothing was too much trouble.
Upon my return a few weeks later, Blanka was amazing in rectifying a small pricing issue and organising a deal to suit us both.
Unfortunately Blanka was busy a week later on collection day so handed the reigns to Jon who again operated in a swift, efficient and polite manner making the purchase a pleasant process.
Feedback to note was:
No fuel in the bike on pickup, I was aware before riding off and fully expected to fill up before riding home BUT it wasn’t even registering any bars on the gauge and didn’t even have 0 miles left to empty.
No replies to the messages sent, portal needs checking more frequently..
And Superbike Factory maybe some sort of brand advertising on sold bikes… key rings, paperwork folders etc.
Overall I left pleased and would happily return to purchase from Superbike Factory Milton Keynes.

Just part Ex a bike , lad who dealt with the bike trade Jonathan was a star from the start easy simple very knowledgeable very happy with the service recommended.

Ordered a new bike online and delt with a lovely lady called Blanka, if you get the opportunity to choose who you deal with she is the one you want.
Very polite and patient and most importantly listens to what the customer wants. Spot on from start to finish. Tim
