Perfect salesmanship.

Was enquiring with superbikefactory for roughly 3 days, had the pleasure of having Finlay from the Crawley branch.
Could not of asked for more from him,he was so helpful and just a really genuine nice guy to chat with. He was very patient with my incisiveness and made the whole process very simple and effortless. His salesmanship is spot on and I really hope he is recognised for that.
Would 1000% deal with Finlay and superbikefactory again, would highly recommend.

BE WARNED SCAM COMPANY!

Be very careful Superbike Crawley dealership is an absolute disgrace !

I purchased a Yamaha YZF-R1 from Crawley Superbike Factory on 30/3/2026, I paid a large deposit and the rest on Finance through Close Brothers. I returned the bike within 14 days and was told I would get my deposit back within a couple of weeks. We are now nearly ten weeks since I returned the bike and still no deposit !! I have called Crawley, they do not answer their phones, I have sent text messages and emails and they ignore and do not get back to me. They owe me £1150 and it is a breach of contract that they have not paid me back.
Close Brothers have tried to contact them by phone and email but again they cannot get in touch with them and have now advised me to seek help from the Financial Ombudsman and to go through a County Court Judgement (CCJ), which I am now doing.

Good morning, We have received your complaint and sincerely apologise. This matter is being treated as a priority and is currently being resolved by the Sales Manager at our Crawley branch.

We have been actively trying to contact you to arrange the refund of your deposit owed to you. The finance agreement has already been unwound. However, your deposit refund was overlooked due to an administrative error. We are working urgently to correct this and ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible back to your account.

We would also like to reassure you and anyone buying from us that we are not a scam company, despite the concerns raised in your complaint. As part of resolving this matter, we accepted the return of your motorcycle even though it had been ridden for over 300 miles and was not a distant online sale, and we have worked to process the finance unwind accordingly, which was completed in April.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly, so please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience if you have not yet heard from our team.

Could have not picked a better spot to…

Could have not picked a better spot to buy a bike from. Can’t recommend it enough. Was picking up the bike during a heath wave and the guys made sure to be as quick and efficient as possible. They even gave me ice cream. Twice lol

Great experience

Just bought a Tuono from the Superbike Factory in Crawley. What a great experience. From the moment I contacted them to the moment I collected the bike yesterday, the experience has been second to none. The process itself was straightforward, but for me it was the customer care that made it. Shout out to a couple of guys. Arthur who mainly dealt with us. Professional, attentive and helpful throughout. Jack Robinson who made sure the process ran smoothly and Dylan who performed a detailed and professional handover yesterday. All a credit to the Superbike Factory brand. Throughly recommended.

I just bought my Triumph Bonneville…

I just bought my Triumph Bonneville from Vin at the SBF and the service was excellent. Vin was very helpful and helped me get back on two wheels after a few years out of it. I would recommend this company as it has a very large range of bikes to choose from. Thank you.

staff were absolutely amazing especially kirsty

I placed an enquiry on a bike here and within moments i had contacted by a member of the sales team who helped me every step of the way, he spoke to me like I was a fellow biker and not just a customer. he managed to convince me from what was just a small thought of maybe getting the bike to then knowing for sure I wanted it. After this i called up the south call number and was greeted by kirsty. kirsty spoke through the whole process of how each step will work and offered alternative options for myself, I mentioned i prefer to do things in person for bike sales and within moments she was on google maps locating not just which store was closest to me but how willing i was tp travel to these locations. I had aranged to meet with her in store to set up vehichle finance when my bike started to have indicator malfunctions so I had to postpone. kirsty knew this not because I had told her last minute after not showing up but because she was being attentive enough that i messaged shortly after the incident. this wasnt just kirsty checking up on her plans for the day as she made sure to wish me luck in my repairs and found relatability in a biker missing out on the lovely weather. Kirsty and the Man i innitially spoke to have made this journey of bike purchase feel as if I was really in the dealership Despite my not and I appreciate every second of it. I plan to continue using superbike Factory and I plan to make sure kirsty is who i talk to.

Absolutely shocking dealership !!

Absolutely shocking !!
My son purchased a Yamaha YZF-R1 from Crawley branch on 30th March 2026, (124929) returned within 14day window. He paid a large deposit to reduce finance payments.
Superbike Factory Crawley have ignored emails and do not answer their phones!
Returned a faulty bike within the 14 days, they took bike back, promised a refund in a couple of weeks but no refund yet and been over eight weeks. Very poor service !

Smooth and quick

Smooth and quick, helpful and professional. I just bough a bike from the Superbike Factory. The whole process was comfortable, and I've got a great bike in perfect condition. The staff explained everything, I've got detailed updates by text and email how the preparation is going. I found a great insurance on the home page, and at the pick up they made my Road Tax setup too. Only the weather was not handled by the Superbike Factory! My first ride was in rain.

Hi so i put out a bad review and got a…

Hi so i put out a bad review and got a response eventually about a bike I brought from the Crawley branch saying something that they falling behind a backlog bla bla its been 2 or 3 weeks and I still havnt had my bike sorted or fixed or even contacted me I have been totally ignored I DO NOT recommend the superbike factory south as I have been mis sold a bike that broke down on me within 2 weeks and still a non runner what an absolute disgrace my name is Jordan I brought a triumph street triple the sales person was female it wasn't much money but for me as a poor man 3k is a lot of money to spend on a bike that I cannot ride due to it not even starting and to be totally ignored by the superbike factory south is an absolute disgrace I will be taking it further as they dont even care to call me back after all the phone calls I have made trying to sort this out I have rights under the consumer rights act 2015

DELAYS AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN GIVING BACK A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

I put down a refundable deposit for a bike I had seen at the Crawley branch on the 18th of April. I was receiving regular emails regarding updates about the bike via the online portal. With regards to evidence I walked away with a debit card receipt and of course the bank transaction showing. On the 21st of April I called them to inform them that I will not be purchasing the bike anymore and wanted my deposit back. Initially they did try to offer free delivery on the bike to continue with the purchase but I declined. They took my bank details and my own details and then closed the enquiry of the bike which I received an email update for. Via text they acknowledged that I had cancelled this and asked me to confirm my name on the account which I did. They confirmed receipt of this and stated that this would take 5-7 working days to be processed.

After this time period passed I had no communication with them regarding delays of any sort. I then began to call them to see why it hadn’t been resolved. They kept saying that they’ll pass the message on. I would try and make a complaint to management however they stated that they were unavailable. Again nothing on their part to apologise or that there was delays, I was the one chasing them. The last phone call I had an employee stated that it was with the accounts department and they’ll look to resolve it soon.

I got fed up and decided to go there in person. After driving almost 2 hours to them because I was having no luck over the phone, I spoke to an employee explaining the situation. He spoke to different managers across the region and then went through the process of asking my bank details again, when I asked him this was taken on the 21st April he stated that these details should’ve been taken down by someone. He also then went on to ask reasons why I didn’t continue the purchase, this overall suggested that my query wasn’t logged properly when I cancelled it initially on the 21st of April. Anyway I went through the motion yet again of providing these.

Due to the lack of engagement on their side I asked for any sort of confirmation to take away, The employee could only offer a teams message as a confirmation that this would be resolved by the end of the week. Again no communication in any means from superbikefactory this week to say they’ve acknowledged the delay or apologised for it. I had to eventually escalate this to my bank as I knew and know that I will have no such luck with them.

A massive, massive disappointment coming from a big franchise as them. A really poor performance on their part. I can only be glad that I did not go through with the purchase as based on their behaviour I cannot imagine the aftercare and other services whilst I purchased the bike. I would advise anyone to be extremely weary that their processes may involve lack of/ poor communication, unorganised processes and procedures and delays at your expense.

terrible service

I bought a bike off of them they were quick enough to take the money but after that they showed little interest. They serviced the bike before they delivered it, I received no service documents and no V5 in the post. I've spoken to them on many occasion with no satisfaction even after sending them an email I got no reply and in the end I had to apply for my own V5. very disappointed in the service I received I won't be using them again.
