I experienced a familiar scenario, constantly nagged to pay the balance on a £7k motorbike in early July. arranged to pick up from Bristol on the 18th July, received a call on 17th saying they were closed on the weekend 'to give the staff a rest', now it looks like they are going into administration from news on the web. It looks like they knew something was coming, pushed for early payment and held off delivery bikes. Not sure I'll ever see my bike or the money again.
Great staff very friendly had a good laugh reasonable pricing. Good experience
My initial experience of SuperBike Factory was quite good.
Booked a viewing and traveled 200 miles to view the bike i was interested in.
Was then told no test rides.
I bought the bike anyway as i had ridden one before and have dreamed of owning one since they were released.
The sale was straight forward, but then began the long wait whilst the bike was prepped for delivery.
There were vague messages that parts needed ordering and fitting and then further delays.
Chasing up on the details became a twice weekly mission, with requests for details of parts and works carried out, requests for telephone calls to update on progress, largely ignored with messages still being sent in the App.
One part required was a new front tyre. As tyres are a personal choice it would have been nice to have a choice as to what was fitted, and pay the difference to what was fitted.
It was quite a shock to find a cheap CST tyre on the bike (not matched to the Michelin Road Pilot that was on the rear)
Delivery finally happened nearly 4 weeks after viewing the bike.
I must admit i am very happy with the prep work (apart from the front tyre choice).
Delivery arrangement took 3 days once the bike had been released form prep, and delivery was trouble free.
Overall, good sales staff, Good service, poor communication with lack of details, good delivery service.
Melissa at bristol is simply amazing thank you ☺️
Super responsive, easy to deal with and great customer service.

Wow. Buy a bike? Helpful as anything. Problems with a bike afterwards? Just there are no words to explain how bad this company are. They are horrific.
I bought a rocket 111 amazing, wonderful, great bike. 1 small problem. The clock counter wasn’t working to switch trips. Or clock. It’s just a button. Can’t get hold of them for love nor money. I had to travel to Milton Keynes (the closest to me) to ask why Bristol wouldn’t answer my calls. This was 2 occasions. Eventually they sent me to triumph in Woburn. I went they want £1200 to fix the problem. I said, that’s fine I’ll cover it. I’ll invoice superbike factory. The guy I was talking to was amazing, great to talk to. But even he had had enough of my emails, no idea where to send the invoice, no boss would give him the go ahead to fix it, this is over a 8 week period of 30 emails. He’ll call you, someone will be I touch. No one called ever. I got so fed up I fixed the problem myself. You spent £8000 with these people. And triumph told me? Yes there very good at selling bikes. But they have no interest in fixing them afterwards. And they see the same thing over and over again. I could go into way more detail but ive said enough I think. I will not ever go back there.

Used SuperBike to buy my very first bike with the help of Melissa, super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! The Bristol facility is easy to find, good layout and great if you want to lightly test the bike out. Would recommend as a first-time buyer, will be happy to deal with them again if and when I can afford another bike!

My whole experience with superbike factory was shocking. Will never buy a bike from them again.
Sold a broken bike. Took 10 weeks to get it back.
Was sold the bike from Macclesfield.
Customer service department under staffed and badly managed.
Got bike transfer to Bristol where I’d hear about a legend of a technician called Tony. He updated me everyday. Chased parts. Went above and beyond to get my bike fixed.
Even delivered it back to me himself. Can’t thank him enough
Reece at Bristol also very good and helpful and went out his way to help me.

From starting the buying process to picking the bike up the service was superb.
The bike was immaculate when I collected it and the staff were superb. Ran through everything on the bike, paperwork sorted and off I went! Did look a bit stupid when I couldn't get my leg over the bike to get on it. I blame it on old age... Highly recommend superbike factory. Amazing service

I walked into your Bristol shop to just have a look. Spoke to Hugh who was really helpful showing me the Tenere's that were in stock & answering my questions on them. Seeing there was one in Milton Keynes within my budget he made the purchase simple and easy. Delivery arranged with service done, all making the process easy.
I then rang up with a query and spoke to Bradley who again was very helpful. Really pleased with the bike, great value.

Arrived promptly, and early with good communication. Was very friendly and clear. Even quite fun to talk to. The quote was better than competitors and easy to process. It helped me as a seller and I'm now even more fond of Superbike Factory when I become a buyer. Very professional and made the process easy.

Staff were friendly and personable, no heavy sale, listened to your wants and gave you their thoughts based on that.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again, great experience all round.

When selling my bike I got the most competitive quote from SBF. Spoke to Cameron and explained the damage on my bike (cosmetic) in about 4 places. Reiterated it multiple times because I wanted the inspector to have zero surprises. He told me he didn’t think that it would affect the price at all so held the initial valuation.
Guy who came to inspect the bike was fine. Noted the damage as reported but when speaking to his ‘guy who holds the money’ apparently none of this was reported on my file! Tried to talk me down £200. What a joke.
I suspect that they do a ‘good cop, bad cop’ style of negotiation - middle man inspector says it’s out of his hands etc etc.
Eventually settled on £75 reduction because they did notice a tiny dent I had genuinely not seen, so I was willing to move slightly.
When conducting the ‘survey’ afterwards they ask if you want someone to contact you about your experience. Did I get a call? No!
Suggest you only use this company if you have some movement on your price or just need a quick sale.
3* because their valuation was the best out of a bunch by far and the turn around is quick and efficient. Serves a purpose but watch out for ‘miscommunication between departments’ and be ready to call them out on it.
