AVOID - Terrible customer service! Son-in-law bought a bike from the Bradford branch. On 28th May had to pay full amount for delivery to be arranged. No bike! No refund, despite requesting it, and ZERO customer service. Emails unanswered and when he calls the manager he is always busy and never returns the phone calls, despite a promise he will!

Called about a non bike purchase related enquiry and spoke to makenzie Farrah in sales. Despite it being 10 mins to closing and the enquiry not being sales related, she helped me sort out my issues and even stayed on the line right up to closing time. Its customer service like this that we need more of. Thanks for helping me, even though I wasnt buying anything at the time.

Quick and easy service

Having purchased my 4th bike from superbike factory , I can not complain this time was from Bradford branch and Kris was superb through out , if I decide to get another bike in a few years time I trust them so will go back

Great service from Goldie this morning.

I purchased a bike from the West Yorkshire branch in May 2025. At the time of purchasing it the salesman could not provide me with a green "new keeper slip". I was then told by the salesmen that he would sort out the new log book to be sent out and I had to take my bike to the post office with my invoice and proof of purchase to be able to tax it through them. In May 2026 when it came to taxing the bike again I was having an issue so I contacted the DVLA to ask them why this was, and they told me that there was no record of the bike being in my name what so ever, despite the DVLA website showing a log book was sent out in May 2025, meaning they have inputted the details wrong and my bike was registered to somebody else or not at all. I have since contacted the Bradford showroom about this and had no contact from the salesman even after I had made him aware. The service that has been provided by the complaints team has been poor with them replying once per week if that. I am now left with a bike that I can not tax or ride having spent a fortune on insurance, maintenance etc. and they are doing the absolute bare minimum with replies to help resolve the issue that they have caused.

Goldie the driver was spot on time to the minute.
He was friendly chatty helpful and fare.

Easy experience. Always done part ex before so was very wary of selling this way, was made to feel at ease after a couple of phone calls to verify some points. I was given a price and wasn’t disappointed by the final offer.
Goldie arrived at the agreed time and gave the bike a thorough inspection, he put me at ease with the whole process & paid the money over within minutes. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Would certainly use Superbike Factory again.

Great service. Very professional and courteous. Prompt phone calls whenever I left an email or online ‘portal’ message. Online portal is brilliant, allowing you to check on the status, leave messages, request add on services etc.
Kris was great from the first phonecall. No sales BS nonsense. Just honest, professional service. Got a good price for my bike and got the bike I wanted at a good price. Delivery was prompt and professional too. All in all a much better experience than selling privately, and much speedier.
I would recommend Superbike Factory to anyone.

IV never been so let down in my life I got a bike from them in February was not informed it needed a new chain and sprocket and the bike must of had issues before hand I emailed them and have not had a reply it appears injector is faulty as oil stinks of petrol oil is thin IV dropped oil out of the bike and flushed the engine see if that helps it hasn't on top of that the gearbox seems to have a fault on it but not the first time iv been ignored by these it now doesn't like going in to gear 5 and air filter changed no improvement have now got a very expensive ornament I can't ride

Never bought a bike from here before, never pushed me, no hassle what so ever, Phil the salesman top man ! Helped me throughout the process no stupid questions, top bloke.

No pushy sales,the bike was spot on in every way,the service from the sales team was simple and efficient from start to finish,the my garage app is great as you can follow the progress of your bike through its stages before collecting it.very happy with my purchase and at a good price too.

Hi , I made an enquiry about the Honda GB350s and was contacted by Alex from superbike factory who gave me details of the bike + details of delivery as I was unable to collect myself , all sounded great so I purchased the bike and paid in full , very helpful , I’m pleased with my purchase and many thanks to Alex .
