Our order confirmation was sent automatically right after your placing order on Sunday, October 29. We were able to ship out your order by UPS on Monday, October 30 and send tracking info on the same day. It looks like the package arrived on Friday of the same week. We are sure you can verify with the timestamps on the emails. Perhaps something else delayed the emails?
