It is easily taught to new staff members and they are constantly developing to make it better. Integration with all major third party sites is very easily done and easily managed. I have worked with Supercontrol for many years now and would never leave. Their support team are exceptional, friendly and helpful. The management are approachable and very accommodating when we have requests differing from the normal. As an agency we've used Super Control for over 5 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the platform. Super Control has enabled us to scale from start-up to nearly 400 properties and still serves us very well. Supercontrol are a company who charge a huge amount for what they do, do not answer telephones but instead raise tickets and when they do answer the phones they are rude awkward and horrible to deal with. The customer is just a pest to them trust me they are happy to take 1% of your buisness plus VAT and other rediculous charges just not happy to help you.
We were with Supercontrol for a year which was more than enough for us We found dealing with them extremely frustrating so much so that moving was a tremendous amount of work for us but well worth the time and cost in the end .
if you value your time and yourself I would absolutely give this company a miss There is so many more trusted companies out there which do the same thing but in a more personable and politely easy way We now work with a company from Glasgow who are brilliant The customer service is great- you actually get to speak to some one who is polite and does not make you feel like a pest They handle all our requests professionally and are a Night and Day experience compared to this rotten company
Supercontrol will blether on about How they invest in their business model honestly this is a load of blah blah blah ! Literally this is just a way of them explaining why they charge so much 1% plus VAT of your entire bookings plus a hefty license fee to boot annually We now pay roughly 20% of what we used to pay for EXACTLY THE SAME CHANNEL MANAGEMENT but an easier system with a great company who help you - unlike this bunch Supercontrol are brilliant at how they sell themselves like the best car dealer you have met sleek and professional when it comes to their business just the polar opposite of what you will get when you join! Other companies do not charge the type of nonsense prices that they do research is the key before signing up to any channel manager Find out who their customers are for whatever channel manager you are thinking of going with and contact them and ask them about their experience Others charge about £1 per booking and that is it - easy or Simples as they say :)
Without doubt the most horrible company we have dealt with in years.
When we were leaving they would not even send an email to us to state the exact date we had left- this was required for a booking which was causing major issues for us and we needed to demostrate when we left them they would not assist at all stating this is your problem!!! That was our last contact we gave up trying to get any help from them in the end They were obviously smarting over our exit but their policy of being as awkward as possible if a customer is leaving in the end will come back to bit them Supercontrol know their business model is stupidly expensive compared to others that is why they deploy the tactics of we invest in this and that! and keep banging on about how good they are - seriously they are not what they say just simply a super charging company.
We are furious at the treatment they dished out to us and the amount of money they charge is disgusting This is just a money grabbing business who if you are very wise (unlike i was) you should stay away from otherwise you will end up like me Angry- Upset a feeling of almost being abused by a nasty bunch of talkers Supercontrol does not care about your buisness they simply care about their own bottom line

SuperControl is the key part of our holiday home website. Our holiday home was let initially with an agent, and we then did our own website, with a view to doing more and more of our own bookings. SuperControl does full integration between our site and the agent's, both ways. In plain English, this means that when we get a booking, it on the agent's site almost immediately, and vice-versa. Consequently we have never had a double booking. There is so much to SuperControl that it is hard to know where to start, but from pricing to every aspect of managing our business it is rock solid. The staff have been great, very patient with my many questions during set-up, (that's just one example!), and we would be lost without it at the centre of our website.

Complex system that takes a while to learn to navigate, but there are so many great functions that makes it highly adaptable and covers pretty much all our hospitality needs. If there is a specific function missing that would be useful for us, the team will make a note and pass it on to their development team to see if it can be added, and meanwhile suggest work-arounds that have helped us very well so far.
The customer service is wonderful, very responsive and helpful!

I would 100% recommend Super Control.
Having tried various online booking systems for my business, Super Control is by far the easiest to use and has so many features to make automation personal and helpful, saving time for other areas of the business but also allowing a great guests experience. The customer service is amazing, whenever i've needed help or support it's given in comprehensive and timely manner. I wouldn't look to use anything else now.

I have found SuperControl useful but as I hire out motorhomes it’s a bit clunky to deal with the information I require to meet insurance criteria, and much of its capability is not relevant to me.
That said, the staff at SuperControl have been very helpful in solving issues.

I have been a customer of supercontrol for a number of years, and have been a little annoyed with some aspects of the product / service during that time but not enough to want the hassle of changing providers. I am now finally exploring other options but would urge others to do their research upfront as it is tricky once you have everything set up with them.
The product that Supercontrol offers might be useful for someone with more than one property, but for someone with one property to let who only uses the basic functions it is pretty expensive. The licence fee that they charge each year is quite high and also they tie you in to expensive payment processors (Holiday Rent Payment or Sage) if you want to offer guests the possibility of paying by card. I understand that they have had quite a bit of feedback about expanding their payment processor choice but seem resistant to doing so.
Their system is comprehensive and stable, but the functionality is clunky and unintuitive - I struggle each year to remember how to set my prices!
When anything does go wrong you have to log a query with help desk and wait for them to get back to you, which takes about 24 hours. It’s all done online so you can’t just pick up the phone and get something sorted. I find that a bit frustrating given how much we pay for the product, but I suppose it tends to be the case now with all big service / product providers.
With all costs of the business rising, and not being able to pass those costs on, I’m looking at other options that offer the same basic functionality but at a more reasonable price, and who give me a full choice of payment processors.

We have a single cottage that sleeps 8 and you might think managing the bookings would be easy, but for several years we struggled because other things interfered. But about 10 years ago we discovered SuperControl and have never looked back.
Having a single property we began with SuperControl Lite which had less functionality than the Full Monty but was cheaper. We instantly felt the difference. Everything in order, no date overruns, no payments missed, instant booking confirmation, and a superb human at the end of the phone to answer queries.
On joining it took no time to set up with the expert advice on call, and completely changed our business. Once we got the hang of things and understood just how much information was available and how many statistics could be checked at the click of a button , we upgraded to the full system.
We then joined Booking.com, Airbnb and a couple of other channels that we have now left, but SuperControl handled the integration of these other sites seemlessly, so that all our bookings appeared on the same chart whichever channel was used by the guests. Perfect.
So the system itself is magic, but so too are the people. Their response times to queries are the Gold Standard that every company in the land, particularly the Utility Companies, ought to emulate. Emails are responded to by return and actioned within hours if not minutes, phonecalls answered immediately and actioned just as quickly, and a top management team that actually listens to clients and always takes action.
SuperControl is a great booking system run by a great team that gives equally great value for money. If you run a letting business don't even think about it - just join. You won't be disappointed.

I had trouble with HRP like many others, but SC couldn't give me any direction or support. The number they gave me was obsolete.I do feel if they are going to have affiliates, they have to support when things go wrong.
