As a seller, I saved all the documents I had to sign and all policies when registering.
When they deemed i failed to meet a policy i reviewed all of the documents.

Not only was it not there but they refused (extremely rudely ill add) to share the policy with me which seems like they are making up rules on the spot.

Further they refused to let me use my funds from completed orders to fulfill orders. (Not in progress, but fully completed and delivered orders) because they froze my shop due to the "policy" issue.

At first they seemed friendly and everything i signed looked great. But the issues are large (on the spot not listed rules, withholding of funds, freezing a shop without proper communication) and I would not reccomend working with them.

One of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. Very unprofessional. They have very poor communication through email, they claim they notify you of shipments, but they show no proof of this, put the blame on you, and do not allow refunds.
I have never received any notifications from any passing of my parcel to any postal service in America, I was only ever informed of when the package was returned back to Japan. They claim the package was attempted to be delivered to my door, with a note being posted each time (no note was found unfortunately, otherwise I would’ve called) with no proof of this, no way of notifying me, no tracking number, I have no clue when the parcel is even supposed to be getting delivered because when I email Super Delivery they just reply and tell me it’s in America. The next notification I receive a month later informs me now that my package is being shipped back to japan and now I am not being offered any compensation and I can pay a whole new fee if I’d like it reshipped all over again. I am having to deal with this now, late August, after having made the purchase in march.
I believe it should be the company’s responsibility to forward information to the customer, from the passing off of the parcel to USPS, but it seems like as soon as they hand it off, they act like “it’s not my responsibility, you deal with it”, and it COMPLETELY disappears from existence. There is ABSOLUTELY no way to track it down, and there is no way Super Delivery has a way to find it because they say it’s on American soil. I still don’t understand why you aren’t provided the next tracking number though. The next email I received was a notification from Super Delivery saying We received a notification from the Japanese shipping carrier that your parcel has been returned to Japan.

Once again, I highly suggest ordering from any other company wholesale for Japanese imports. I know there aren’t that many out there but it is NOT worth literally throwing your money away, which is basically what I did, thankfully I just ordered $100 worth of samples but I won’t get any of that back because they refuse to refund me. I feel like I got scammed

Enjoyed 4 months of arguing about over £70 worth of faulty/counterfeit stuff. They refused to allow a return. Their website claims if you have any problems they will refund you. They do not. They are scammers, they take your money and send crap. Do not buy from this site.
