Online ordering disappointment
Ordered online. Received text giving a 2-hour delivery window. Waited in all that day & at end of 2-hour slot checked my emails to find that Evri had delivered but had not rung my flat bell, but showed a photo of a package on the path to the street outside my block. I went down 3 flights of stairs but the package was not there. I wanted to phone Superdrug but they no longer have a telephone number for customer services nor an email only WhatsApp. Sadly I do not have a smart phone. I had to search & finally found an American site online that gave me the Superdrug email. I used this to ask for a refund. The refund was actioned quickly, hence why I gave it 1 star. I would never order online from Superdrug again because of unreliable courier & their unwillingness to talk to their customers.
