The account was opened by mistake, and by the time I tried deleting it they had taken money out of my account, but they said they'll refund it so hopefully they will, I'm just glad they sent an email saying they willing to refund me even if it's been a while.

This is a scam
I would not recommend. I was charged on my card without my consent and when i asked for a refund I was told that i cannot get a refund. I had to change my banking details after receiving numerous messages from my bank that superfancy was attempting to take more than 1 payment. Literally a year later i received an email from them basically bribing me asking me to leave a nice review and they will give my money back. I'm not even sure what superfacy is all about. Beware of this scam. All they do is take your money!!!!!!!
