you have been warned - do not purchase from this company. Ordered flooring from them (they never said that they buy the product from UK Flooring Direct), payment was made and after 3 days of emailing for a delivery date, was informed that they would not be able to supply the product for another 3 months. Requested a refund, which they said they had processed and would receive my refund in 14 days (oh no after a couple of emails and calls after 17 days was told it was 30 days) - after more than 30 days had elapsed, had to go to my credit card company to raise a compliant, and finally received my refund via my credit card company not Superfloors.

This website appears to be a scam. The phone number on their website is incorrect, they don't respond to emails or their own chat tool. No way to contact the company

I think this is a fake company. They happily took my money for a product that they never had and which they could not get. Over a month later they said I could have something else instead but never responded to that. They then said they would cancel the order when I sent multiple emails. I have never got the money back and they no longer respond to emails. The phone number they have on their site is incorrect. The rare linked to Jonathan's Flooring Services and the phone number for that never gets answered. I have contacted my credit card company to try and get the money back but they cannot get a response either.
Total scam. Avoid this company
