Communications were very poor when it came to delivery. My account was showing that the product had not been dispatched even though I had received it. So quick delivery but I was not expecting it. If status values are provided they need to accurate and up to date. Other than that an easy purchase and happy with the product. Nothing exceptional though

I am in Canada and it is always stress shopping overseas, but NO stress here.
Shipping logistics were a bit screwy. You dont know where the package is until it shows up.
Coil brackets fit perfectly and were half the price of the nearest competitor

Decent prices for a very good product, i also like the regular emails every time the product goes through a machining stage to keep you updated.
