This is my first week taking Joint Essentials, the fist couple of days it upset my tummy so I reduced the amount to 1tsp of powder to 240mls of water and built on that after the 3rd day my tummy settled.
I have psoriatic Arthritis and Osteoarthritis unfortunately and had constant pain and stiffness in my
fingers, hips and back all day everyday.
Since I started Joint Essentials my symtoms have reduced daily, no stiffness, burning feeling has completely gone and my pain has reduced by 80% and that's only in the first week.
I can get out of bed straight away in the morning and no more issues climbing the stairs .
Im so shocked at the quick results that I rang Catherine and had a great chat and she explained that it's works differently for everyone, but I'm not the only person that had quick results .
I was considering Stem Cell treatment but now I won't be needing it as I will continue to use Joint Essentials. I am so grateful for this product it is changing my life and improving my mental health as my pain has reduced.

I have taken joint supplement for few months now and can honestly say it makes a difference to my joints, muscle recovery and overall wellbeing. Lately I've got compliments that my skin has never looked better....bonus!!!!!! I go to the gym 3 days per week and rowing 3-4 nights per week, i know i wouldn't be able to ,without Superhealth essentials .
And also have to mention the customer service, after my first order, Catherine rang me to see how i was getting on and if i had any questions.

I had breast cancer and was on a pill called letrozole - one of the side effects cause aches and pain in your joints and I had to come off it as it was giving me terrible aches and pains in my joints. I also have the start of osteopenia so I started to take joint essentials. Definitely have noticed a change in my joints and energy levels. so this is helping it. Thank you Catherine

I've been taking bone essential's for a few years now and I wouldn't be without it I have arthritis in a lot of my joints and I'm a hairdresser and suffered with my hands back knees and hips a lot constantly taking pain killers now I only need them rarely and the mobility in my hands has hugely improved I couldn't recommend it enough also every time I speak to anyone in health essentials they are really friendly and they also check in with me to check how I am which is lovely thanks Health essentials

I had terrible knee pain until I got a knee replacement. It made me realise what could happen to other joints. Constant pain is very debilitating. I have used various supplements to support my joints over the years. Any good supplement is expensive. Since living in Ireland, I decided to try this local product that got good reviews, and I haven't looked back since. I am convinced that no amount of money in your pocket can compensate for constant pain. Getting older is an expensive journey if you want to stay as active as possible. I am happy to invest in good health. I am also using the heart support after a more recent episode.

I decided to try joint essentials, after seeing it advertised on Facebook, as a runner in my mid 40s, I was struggling with achilles tendonitis in both legs, the Collagen and blend of minerals and vitamins have really helped with inflammation, I also use it to aid recovery after a race or hard training session

Everyone is so helpful and responsive. I’m taking the Joint, Heart, Cholesterol and Mind and Body. I’m back running so the Joint supplement helps that. I do have better focus and mental clarity on the mind and body, I will update in a few months when I get my bloods done for cholesterol. That one I’m very interested in. But for me the Heart supplement before I run or hike a hill is like power juice. That’s the one I notice the most.
Everything is delivered in super quick time also!!

Great product (Joint Essentials), that made a real difference to my everyday life. After a couple of months using it, it has allowed me to go from having to stop running after a couple of km’s due to hip pain, to being able to again run 5-10km’s pain free.

I am a marathon runner and I use Joint essentials. I had previous knee pain after running which is now gone and I believe this product is extremely beneficial

Was taking Joint Essentials for a number of years, came off it for 3 months while taking calcium. Found I was getting stiff in knees and aching across my shoulders. Decided to go back on J.E. as it was safe to do so and now I am free of my stiffness and aching. After that I highly recommend taking J.E. the Cholesterol supplement didn't work foe me. Can't explain why.

I felt the effects of taking Joint Essential’s within a week of taking it. I thought it was the placebo effect 😂 but as the weeks went on I really noticed a lessening of my joint pain and my skin became so much clearer. I wouldn’t be without it now.
