This is a very unfortunate experience, I was placing an order, then then I decided I didn’t want the extra stuff they force you to take, I logged out, I woke up and an order was placed, I have tried to email them to ask them why they put this order through and with the extra stuff I never wanted, the email bounces back and does not exist, this is not a trust worthy company to use, I have no way of contacting them and disputing this, be careful of using them, they just put orders through with out your content. Unfortunately I have to give a star but they don’t deserve any stars.

Superingia are thieves. They ship incorrect goods & do not reply to emails. Steal your money and remain silent.

Terrible. Emails don't get answered. Or bounce back. Have to ring US to talk to someone to get things sorted. But still have to leave message. Which means time differences. Product not as advertised. So unhelpful. Needs to be highlighted as total scam. Not official UK anything.

I ordered some weight loss patches on 26/02/26 paid for fast shipping, still have not received anything. Sent numerous emails no response. It's a fraudulent company.

Absolute scam. This site has nothing to do with Boots online or the NHS kings College London… you think you are being directed to, and purchasing from Boots - absolutely not. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Total scam, adverts claim it is sold by Boots which is untrue, and that it appeared on Dragon's Den, also untrue. Weight loss videos are obviously AI produces fakes. Product is banned in Australia and Brazil among others. BEWARE

Absolutely awful , to this day I haven’t received the item , This company is a scam don’t get sucked in by the pictures and info they put on line and Facebook it’s a SCAM
