Not what I ordered

I like the product but it’s a slow delivery

I received an email saying my order had been delivered but I have not received it
The email said it was delivered eight or nine days ago. Not true. It said it was left in my mailbox, which is checked daily.

When the item arrived I found it impossible to find a fitting that would fit to any quick disconnect, I also removed the fitting and the size to fit the nozzle is metric. I couldn't fine any metric fittings. I had to re tap the nozzle to accept a 1/2" American thread. There is no reason why you would send a metric quick disconnect to the USA, The average homeowner will be unable to use that. I found it to be a waste of my money. Very unhappy and disappointed.

I need a refund because these don't fit and I need to send them back. No one has responded to my emails.

I received my order in timely matter... However it was all in Chinese, I had to Google translate the bottle to understand what is is, and how to mix it.
In a couple of weeks I will spray some problem areas in yard.

The item I got, finally, was not the brand of earbuds I ordered. They were supposed to be the Mi Mineso brand, they were supposed to be an over the ear type, not a in your ear type. Not what I was expecting, at all. I don't even know if this pair they sent will even translate or not. I will be requesting a refund. This kinda bait and switch crap is getting old. 1 out of 8 items I ordered this month was as advertised. That's bad.

Great product and a very thorough notication system for shipping and delivery.

Great updates while in transit. Product actually works similar to what was advertised, but the learning curve seems to be a little extensive. The battery wears down quite quickly.

I wanted to exchange for a different size. I had to leave credit card and subscribe. Not going to do that. So how do I get an exchange?

didnt realize it was coming from across the pond and it is 3-4 times smaller than advertised! and it does not attach to a hose NOT SURE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO USE IT

It was the so small was not what I thought.

It works so well and easy to use as I got one for my husband and one for me, we don't listen to the same so it's great even pillows so close to one another.
