Amazing service

Amazing service! Jane went above and beyond finding the right tables and chairs for my new restaurant. It looks so beautiful! One table that was damaged was replaced without hesitation. This is the way everyone should do business. I looked for months to find these furnishings. I am truly thankful I found this company.

One happy customer

From the beginning of the order process, I was offered excellent advise on saving money on shipping. We ordered more bar seats than I planned, but it was worth the savings in the end. The seats are comfortable, light weight, but extremely sturdy. Our customers were excited as the seating is "cushy". Excellent job!

We purchased these for our restaurant

I decided to change my review after failing to get the support needed for two defective pieces. Suddenly no one calls back. No one follows through. And no one takes responsibility to fix the issue. After several weeks of calling, we will be one table short for opening day with no resolution in sight. Very disappointed.

We purchased these for our restaurant: Taste Community Restaurant. They worked great and went together easily. The customer service team was absolutely fantastic and helped us get exactly what we needed.

My only complaint was the delivery driver didn't call ahead as promised. Our construction team had to stop working to unload the truck (not an easy task for these--you need lots of manpower--they are heavy).

3 mistakes too many!

Will not be reordering from superior seating again. Although customer service was cordial it really meant nothing because my entire order was mismanaged and completely wrong 3 times. I initially received the wrong sample barstool I ordered to see if I would even like it. Then when I chose another barstool (one that I couldn’t see in person because the sample one sent to me was wrong) the 16 barstools I received were alao wrong. I unfortunately had to keep them because we were on a strict timeline with our reopening. When I tried to get a refund (which I did but was small) to order a few more tables and chairs, that order was late and wrong again. I’m not sure what the problem is exactly but I will not order from there again to find out.

Regarding customer service, sorry to hear it meant nothing to you - we really tried to make it right and as a business owner yourself, you know mistakes do happen.

We have credited the amount you paid for the sample you received (being the wrong item) for the order you had placed initially. We were sorry that you received the bar stools in a different color than those you originally chose.

When you ordered more, we credited you $220 for your order which was 50% off the original order of bar stools and provided an expedited shipping for this order. We felt it was not a small amount of credit as you indicated on your review. You said that the additional order was LATE. Based on our records and the expedited shipping for which we did not charge you, you received your order quite quickly.

Lastly, and most disappointing, nowhere in your review did you mention the quality of our product. We take that aspect of our business very seriously.

On behalf of all of us at Superior Seating, we wish you best of luck with your business and all your new endeavors.

I was quoted a time frame of 2 weeks …

I was quoted a time frame of 2 weeks for delivery, that did not happen, it took a month and 1 week. The delivery driver was so so rude, he yelled at my employees, causing them saying to get the stuff off his truck or he'd just take them with him. I had no resolve from that, told it was a hired delivery service and there's not much that they can do. The tables were not really what I had pictured on the internet. and the chairs were not what I expected either. It made my restaurant open late because of the time quote. And after not talking with anyone in management because they only responded in e-mails the only thing that I was offered for all of my troubles was 20%off my next order. Yeah no thanks. I would not order from this company ever again. No follow up, personal touch.

After payment clearing and production, your shipment left our NJ factory on June 23rd and was delivered to you in Utah on July 1, well within the 7-10 business day time window we provide our long-distance customers for shipment. Please be advised that a turnaround of 2 weeks from NJ to Utah is practically unheard of in this industry.

Nevertheless, with regards to the rudeness of the 3rd party freight carrier driver, we agree that this is truly unfortunate and unacceptable and we raised it with the primary freight carrier as soon as you had appraised us of the situation via email. We were in touch with you via phone and email regarding the situation on numerous occasions. The last email exchange between both parties is listed below for your records:

We recived our shipment just this evening at 6:10 PM.
The driver. called me twice yesterday to try and schedule times, changed times and days on me both times. Then this morning he called and said he couldn't make it till Sunday morning, I scheduled some help to meet him Sunday at 7 AM. He called me once again and said he could make it at 7 PM Saturday (today). So again I scheduled help for 7 PM this evening. He arrived early and was very belligerent to another worker whom wasn't the ones I had scheduled. He swore at him and said he was going to take the items with him because he had another delivery. He did not call and tell me he was going to be early. He called me and left me a message that no one was there to unload the items and sounded furious, he did not know he didn't hang up his phone and I could hear him swearing and yelling things at my co-worker and acting very, very unprofessional. This IS NOT acceptable!!!!
I would appreciate a manager or someone to get ahold of me ASAP on this matter. who are you hiring for transport? For he was very, very unprofessional, rude and very unkind. On top of it all I was quoted a 7 day delivery on my first quote. I truly didn't have a choice for they were paid for in full at the time of the order.

I was very impressed with this company …

I was very impressed with this company from the start. Their website is very helpful and easy to navigate. When I was ready to order, I had a couple of questions, so I called in and worked with Jane. She was informative, patient, thorough and prompt with responses. We had a tight timeline and they were able to work with us to make that happen. Once we received the product, it was packaged very securely and the quality is very impressive. I HIGHLY recommend this company, ask for Jane if you have any questions.

Price led to the order; Service will bring me back.

I shopped around and found that the prices were the lowest. After placing my order, I realized a shopping cart glitch had caused me to order a couple things I didn't need. The customer support to resolve the issue was fantastic. I will definitely shop here again.
