no response from customer support

I received my order and was surprised to find that two Cream Tobacco Nic Salts (10 ml) were missing. In total, instead of receiving ten vials, I only received eight.

I contacted customer support through the email address provided in the order confirmation, but I have not received any response, and it has now been over a month. As a loyal customer, I’m quite disappointed to have received an incomplete order with no follow-up from them.

Aside from this issue, the overall service and products have always been great. It’s just a shame that the customer support inbox does not seem to be monitored.
