Not a box, poor communication, duplicate comics

Cancelled my 16 comic 'box' subscription. Not a box - a brown envelope, the second of which was burst open and held together with elastic bands.

First delivery took an age to come and communication from the company was very poor - taking weeks to respond, if at all.

Some decent comics but first box had a duplicate of the same comic, which I had accepted as an error in packing. Just received my final subscription and there are two duplicates.

Really disappointed. As a big comics fan but no longer with time to trawl comic shops for new and interesting books, I was really looking forward to this. Let down on all fronts.
