The new fish Hoki used by Supermacs is cheap and nasty and for the price they are charging they should be using a better quality fish like cod

I'm so annoyed,I ordered food think Saturday and it took over 2 hours to arrive I ordered curry cheese chips which were inedible as they were so cold and 2 sausages which were freezing, also I ordered a burger with just cheese and ketchup and it came with absolutely everything just a complete mess,I paid €20 off euro for the food and it all went in the bin, hopefully a manager reads this and sorts it out

The restaurant in Moate

The restaurant in Moate. Staff friendly and service was fast. The restaurant itself has seen better days, really starting to show it’s age. Rust in the seats , scuff marks all over the tables and toilet decor from around the early 1980s.

Supermacs Kinnegad Plaza - 1st Class Service Large Group

Saturday 21st February, we took a bus load of U14/U16 players and mentors (60) to Croke park for Dub v Kerry NL game starting at 7pm. On way home as we left Croker on the bus we placed a single bulk order for 60 people via email to Supermac's Kinnegad Plaza and as advised by the Shaun I phoned in to confirm when going through the N4 Toll bridge. Everything was ready when we arrived, the food order was 100% correct and more importantly Hot and Fresh and all the cups were awaiting the lads to fill their drinks. We arrived at 10:15pm to the Plaza and were back on the road home again before 11pm. 1st Class service, huge thanks to Shaun and all the staff in the Kinnegad Plaza for making my life easier :). If your organising Bus trips to Dublin, school tours, teams outings etc. and travelling up the N4 I'd highly recommend to give them a call and pre-arrange it, worked out really well for us.

First time ordering for delivery

First time ordering for delivery. I usually walk in and have never been disappointed. However, I ordered a chicken sandwich meal tonight...when ya walk in, you get a coated chicken fillet. My delivery was dirt, never again. Seems corporate greed has no boundaries. Slicing a chicken fillet in 2 is not cool..I just wanted a break..never mind. I can do much better for less ..ta-raa

Great service

I stopped into the Supermacs at the Portlaoise Plaza one evening last year on the return home from a match in Dublin. It was very busy but the quality of service was unreal. The owner of the group and his wife were there cleaning tables and ensuring as efficient an experience as possible under the circumstances. He even got ketchup for my daughter. That level of commitment to service is rare these days.

Excellent customer service

Went to M1 Service station location. Although my order was incorrect the staff were incredible with fixing it, gave me the correct order as well as coming out and apologising to us and even offered some cookies

I contacted them by email but got no…

I contacted them by email but got no response so I'll just copy and paste what I sent them minus my contact details.

Good evening, so I don't like doing bad reviews without contacting a business first as I think it's unfair.
I went to your mulhuddart branch this evening to grab food for the family and I'm absolutely fuming and to be honest I dread when the woman that served me this evening is there because she's the absolute definition of rude.
I'm in this store weekly and normally spend between €90 and €100 but there's two of my five children away tonight hence the €62 bill.
I got home and the garlic cheese chips were missing so the rest of the family ate their burgers while I went back up to get the rest of my order, I told the girl that served me what was missing and she made an absolute show of me like I would do something like this for a few chips, she questioned the other staff members if they given them to me and then states nice and loudly " huh I'll just give them to her " so she processeds to put the smallest amount of chips into the box and I explained politely I'd paid for large so she as good as called me a lier, at this stage I'm disgusted with her attitude and just wanted out of there before I lost my temper so she threw a few chips into the box along with her coworker and absolutely destroyed them with garlic sauce and the tiniest sprinkle of cheese, they were absolutely vile and ended up in the bin as they were swimming in sauce.
Also while I'm here one of the burgers I'd ordered with just sauce and cheese but as usual it was fully dressed and this happens everytime this woman takes my order.

Kind regards,

Avoid this extortion factory and their overpriced cheap frozen food

Supermacs O'Connell Street Dublin. Food was hot service was pretty poor. I asked for a sachet of tartar sauce and they asked me for €1.30. I declined because that's extortion and something most food places supply with your meal.
I had already paid for my food at this point otherwise they could have kept it however lesson learnt I won't be back.
Not too clean either and I had to clear the table myself.

Eyre square branch, Galway

Eyre square branch

Bought 2 chicken breasts, onion rings, drink

Both pieces chicken luke warm and dried out.

Dirty tables and floors.

Overheard young man say staff had been aggressive with him at counter

Witnessed another male staff member coercing customers to sit in certain areas.

Back section cordoned off at about 7.45pm...for a 'private party' that didn't happen!

Ordered 3 cookies and ice creams

Ordered 3 cookies and ice creams - one of ours fell on the floor so we tried to ask for a new one but we’re denied. I Let it go although we don’t agree. However we the brought up the fact that our cookies were burnt & cause we realised at this point that we weren’t getting a refund, at the barest of minimums we could get ours remade - but no we were met with mere “sorry no :)” - for the dropping of the cookies & icecream we were told it was “our choice”? I’m assuming she meant it was our fault which we can’t disprove but for burnt cookies that were made very poorly by staff, I was appalled that there was no hesitation let alone attempt to rectify the situation. As someone that has worked in food & beverage in a mid senior level I was genuinely shocked to be honest that this is the supermacs policy.
On top of that, burnt food is a health hazard for most human beings on earth so the fact that that was seen as normal and ok is strange.
Disappointed to say the least.

I would give it zero but you can’t.

I would give it zero but you can’t.

No awareness or catering for individuals with diabetes whatsoever.

Ask about artificial sweetener and they look at you like you have two heads, like goats looking at lightning.

After three attempts saying “art-if-icial swee-ten-er” very slowly, they respond with befuddlement, dazed and confused, baffled and bemused.

Same again with another member of staff, 3 attempts again, finally a supervisor, and a bin cleaner seemed to know about it.

But the bin man said, it’s very expensive and Big Pat wants us to hide it away, to save money.

So on to the subject of fizzy drinks, no Sprite Zero for poor aul diabetes sufferers whatsoever. Again a lacking on the managerial of the operation.

So it’s a big fat zero for me, but not the Sprite option.

Went to supermacs on the tuam road

Went to supermacs on the tuam road, got a snack box meal, given 2 dried out drumsticks, paid €11.35 for this, I will never go back to supermacs, overpriced and no value for money at all, only good thing is the drive through, but lesson definitely learned, genuinely felt robbed when I tipped it on to my plate.
