The shopping experience at Super Materiales was a NIGHTMARE!

The shopping experience at Super Materiales (PANAMA) was one of the worse in my life. They do offer IKEA products, which is rare to find here, but they ommit ALL OF THE IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS to the buyers. ONLY AFTER you place the order AND TAKE YOUR MONEY, they tell you they don't have it in stock. They need to order from the supplier. But that's NOT ALL. They only place the orders with their suppliers twice a month! So if you place an order on January 02, they only send your order to their supplier on January 15 AND THEN it takes AT LEAST 1 MONTH (if you're lucky) before your order arrives in store. After telling us how long it would take, we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, but they denied it. We ordered a chair and cushion for our son and it took 2 MONTHS before we got the merchandise. And when we came to the store to pick it up, we realized they don't hold in stock MOST of the things they sell on their website. (Ordering things from Amazon or Ebay would have been much faster and cheaper than doing business with them). But nowhere do they tell you that on their website nor over the phone when you place your order. To make matters even worse, my wife (prior to placing the order) asked one of their staff if the cushion would fit the chair and they said YES. But when the marchandise FINALLY ARRIVED, they told us the cushion is too big for the chair! I am aware and have been told that shopping experiences and services in Panama are generally very bad, but this is beyond incompetency.
