Never ever sign up with this provider!!!!

Never sign up with this provider. The building is in the center of Warsaw, yet the internet regularly drops to zero — even the Speedtest website won’t load. I constantly have issues just trying to make work calls. The technical support only tells you to reboot the router, and that’s it. Neighbors have the same problems.

CAVEAT EMPTOR……….yes

CAVEAT EMPTOR……….yes, Buyer Beware when dealing with Super Media Entertainment (SME)...watch out…..their website states “1-Month Money-Back Guarantee”......don’t believe it - don’t be fooled by what their website says…..they refuse to refund all of my enrollment fee after telling me that they would if we weren’t satisfied.…..First off they contacted me and represented that they, somehow were affiliated with Xfinity/Comcast….they (a man stating that his name was Robert Wilson) had all my Comcast information…I have no idea how they got it but they did….I accepted his sales pitch and in a few days received the two streaming boxes…..as my wife and I are in our 80’s perhaps technology has past us by…not sure……anyway…we just couldn’t get to the point where we could understand the system to get it to work for us……we then called SME and talked to a young lady in Customer Service by the name of Lily who gave me an address in NJ to return the two (2) streaming boxes ………we did this……one box was never opened and the other was placed in the box in the original condition and in original wrapping(s) and both were returned to the NJ address that I was given by Lily...........now came the problem……….when Lily and I discussed a refund which is stated on their homepage, I was advised that if i had read the “fine print” which is buried deeper in their website that I wasn’t entitled to a refund….REALLY ???.....I keep pushing and was given some of my money refunded……at that point I told Lily that even though, at this point in time, I was accepting a partial refund I wanted and expected to receive all of my money as per “1-Month Money-Back Guarantee” on their website………no way she said and now I am out $150 and they refuse to even talk to me………I don’t know if I’m ever going to get my $150 returned…..likely not……but I can caution others to stay away from Super Media Entertainment (SME).....this is a company who misrepresented who they are and showed in the end that they have no shame or remorse in scamming an elderly couple in their 80’s who live on social security out of $150……CAVEAT EMPTOR.

They were able to connect me to the…

They were able to connect me to the internet only after three technician visits. They couldn't find the right fiber optics cable in basement to connect my appartment to network. However now it works pretty fine.

No options for automatic payments

Despite multiple requests, this ISP (internet, TV) does not offer ANY automatic charges of any kind. Credt / Debit Card, Paypal or what so ever. Sadly they offer no solution instead. In my opinion a company that offer services like these should at least offer automatic payments...
