Excellent service
Excellent service. Very helpful on the phone when booking an asbestos survey. I rang on a Wednesday and the survey was done on the Friday of the same week with the results being back the following Wednesday as promised. Highly recommended.

Customer service needs improvement
Went with this company due to the reviews and promise of rapid response and turnaround. I wrote an initial email on the 30th April and applied for 2 home testing kits which arrived after about a day. I had to chase this up as no tracking number was provided and the sales person said "no information on this was available to them". However despite claims on the website saying "email response in 15 minutes" I'm still awaiting a response almost 2 weeks later to that initial email.
When i called the company line, the support line is never answered and the only line which is, is the sales line for "new enquires". After 48hrs of their receipt of samples i'm still without any test results despite claims to the contrary of a "rapid" turnaround. I've worked in a testing lab, well aware of how long things can take, but if things are going to be late - you call the client. Its that simple. This is holding up a 200K renovation.
Update
After leaving this review, i have now received the results of my testing, and passed the original email to them to allow tracing of why no response was made. They have also called several times to confirm receipt and check i am satisfied. So I am amending my experience rating slightly to reflect the way that they have gone about rectifying matters. It should still be noted though that the response to emails and the support line response still needs work.

• 30 April: You placed your order after the postal cut-off for same-day dispatch.
• 1 May: Your testing kit was dispatched.
• 6 May: You received your testing kit, following the bank holiday weekend.
• 10 May: You posted your samples to the laboratory.
• 12 May: The laboratory received your samples.
• 13 May: Your results were completed and sent to you — within 24 hours of the laboratory receiving your samples.
Regarding our support line, this is an automated message that directs all support enquiries via email so they can be routed to the correct person. A voicemail option is also available. This is by design to ensure enquiries reach the right team member.
We are pleased that your results confirmed no asbestos was detected, and we wish you all the best with your renovation.

Have contacted them 3 times to clarify information in survey that had been done for one of my customers, they NEVER get back to you.
Called and pressed 1 left my number with a human. 1/5/26 @ 16:06 hrs, called and pressed 3 and left message with all the info again 5/5/26@ 13:46, called again pressed 1 and spoke with another human who said someone would definitely call me back on 7/5/26 @14:52.
Still waiting……..for the call.

First part of the survey reg number is SNG51379 in Surrey. The customer has also called you and no luck.
Simply not true is it. I can send my call log if you bother to contact me. I wasn’t speaking to a ghost was i? Called the number at the bottom of the survey!!
02045860680 spoke to 2 different people as detailed above. I also have an email from the client saying she called you and someone would be in touch which they haven’t.
So who were the 2 people who answered your phone line that i left messages with and the voicemail on option 3 then?
First of all you stated that you had checked your call logs and there was no record of my calls now after speaking with me on the phone and me providing proof of the calls you are saying that you did answer the phone and directed me to the email query route and based on this my review is false, both of your statements can not be true. My review is exactly what happened.
Instead of trying to get the review removed (which in my opinion would make Trustpilot not very trustworthy) you could have just called me back and said don’t bother leaving a message on option 3 as we won’t answer unless you email us!
Everyone makes mistakes it’s how they are dealt with that matters and all you are concerned about is trying to prove e wrong and get a bad review removed after you have stated incorrectly that i didn’t call and then stated that i did.
I am so confused you categorically said there was no record of my calls and now you said you have ways had a record.
Stop making stuff up to suit your own agenda.
This is my final comment on the matter.

Our records have always shown your calls. You spoke with members of our team on 1 May and 7 May, and our COO personally called you back on 14 May for a 17-minute conversation. On each occasion you were directed to email our support team, which is our standard procedure for technical report queries. You were not ignored, you chose not to follow the process.
During that 14 May conversation, you confirmed that you are not our client. The survey was commissioned and paid for by another party. You also confirmed you are a fire alarm engineer who needed information from our report to prepare your own quotation, stating that the delay "did stop my quote for over a week and a half." You acknowledged that our team advised you to email your query and that our phone system directs support enquiries to email.
Trustpilot reviews are intended to reflect genuine customer experiences. You were not a customer of ours, and the underlying issue was a delay to your own commercial quoting process, not a failing in our service to the actual client.
We remain available to assist the commissioning client directly with any queries about their report.
Rapid response times
Although we haven't had our survey carried out yet, I've been really impressed with how responsive the Supernova team are. Curtis has been really quick to come back to us and offer dates to come to Oxford and carry out our survey, and has been very flexible around our timings.
