Great Experience

Super prof is an easy to use system to connect teachers and learners of all sorts of subjects.

I recently started using Superprof and my experience has been great so far. I’ve been contacted by several potential students, and many who tried the free trial lesson decided to continue. I also reached out to support to resolve an issue, and they were very kind and quick to help. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.

The tutors are supportive and patient.

I’m getting a lot of calls from this company. I used to use another company and I like this one. A friend recommended this one. I like how it works and how easy it is to use. Sometimes it’s hard for me to see what the clients see, but it seems to be working. I also like the flexibility that the client has to pay directly or through the app.

I am a tutor and I enjoyed my experience teaching my student on this platform.

Superprof just suspended my account randomly because they thought the picture that I put up wasn't real!I don't know if I should be flattered or insulted! This is my main source of income. Recommendations that have been sent in don't even get vetted for at least a month. I had to go back numerous of times to tell them about this. People like myself rely on these for more students!

Postscript: Subsequent to the following review, Superprof emailed me their intent to issue a refund. I appreciate their response.

Superprof charged my card six times for a total of $294.00 before I caught it. I did not use any services during that time. I have written to them twice and not received a response. This site is a scam. I would not give them credit card information when registering, even if that means you cannot register.

I first wrote to Superprof customer service on 19 July 2025. They respond to my Trust Pilot post the next day, but they haven't responded to my email in seven months. So, their point about responding to email is as bogus as their business practice. It isn't clear that you are signing up for a subscription service. I should have taken more care when registering. Customers should be aware.

Superprof is the best tool in searching for the new students. Highly Recommended!

I can’t schedule lessons without any issues.. calls are always bugging, couldn’t accept my proposals and couldn’t text back to people..
