They managed to gather such a big number of professional mentors in one platform, which is insane! Though, the prices recently started to get higher and higher. Maybe mentors talk with one another and decided to raise the prices at the same time?? Can’t really tell, but that would be bad… I’m attending a piano lessons right now, she is super welcoming and helpful.

Cambridge exams are much neglected by school teachers, and Superprof can fill the gap!

This platform has never disappointed. Their response time is off the charts, friendly and efficient whatever is needed. I recommended it to a colleague recently and they found lots of students in very little time, very satisfied.

Superprof is an excellent platform for teachers to be found by potential students. I've been using it for 6 years and it saved my life during the Covid pandemic because I wasn't able to continue working as a portrait photographer during the lockdowns. These days, I have seen a decline in requests from potential students for English lessons, but that is due to the rise of AI and not a fault of the site. I hope that the platform will expand more into the international market, as I would love to attract more students from outside of France. Superprof customer service is very responsive and the team continues to add new functionality to the platform. I highly recommend Superprof!

Besides having opportunities to share my knowledge of English to students, it's very enriching to be able to help them succeed in their objectives: concours, exams, interviews, professional carrer, etc. Thanks to the Superprof. The team is professional and helpful when needed.

For me Superprof has been a useful way to meet new students, although most of them do not reply after the first message.
I think this platform offers a free, safe interactive way for teachers to advertise their services.

I have found some great students as a teacher on Superprof. I think it is very useful and quite easy to use. My only negative is that membership is a little expensive

I have paid for one hour mathematic lesson, 152euro, 35 euro to the teacher plus 39 to the organisation. If it not was enough, the charged me after 2 times more 39, then 78 euro. I did not read any where that you get like a kind of subscription, for 39 euro a month!!! I DID NOT KNOW THAT AND of course I DID NOT WANT IT, FOR ONE LESSON EVEN LESS... Try to call the organisation, can not find any telefone number... and everything was in frans... I try to look for the Nederlands company and I get a company with exact sane name ehere many people call wirh the same problem. The woman in the telefone explain that many others have called before. I WANT MY 78 EUROS BACK AND THE ONLY WAY IFIND TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY WAS A EMAIL ADDRESS IN FRANS... Still no answer! Really BAD!!! 152 for some that really 35 euro was for the teacher!! A shame!

I strongly advise tutors to think twice before joining SuperProf. My experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.
1. Unfair Account Deletion & Payment Seizure – They can delete tutor accounts without any valid explanation and take the remaining balance in your account. This happened to me despite having completed sessions and positive feedback.
2. Poor Teaching Tools – Their built-in whiteboard is extremely basic. It doesn’t allow you to see students and often forces you to rely on external links or third-party platforms just to run a proper session.
3. Withheld Payments Despite Proof – Even if you deliver a session and the student later claims it didn’t happen, SuperProf will hold your payment indefinitely, no matter how much proof you provide. I shared screenshots showing the student in the online classroom during the lesson, yet they still refused to release my payment.
4. One-Sided Support – The platform always sides with students, not tutors. I was even harassed by a student’s parent, but the student’s account was never suspended. Meanwhile, my account was penalized without fair investigation.

Tutors are the backbone of their business, yet SuperProf’s actions make it clear that they prioritize revenue from students over fairness or supporting their educators. This is not how a professional teaching platform should operate.

I have been a premium member since the beginning. At that time the platform name was not Superprof. Today I am really disappointed. To begin, after accepting students, they are not obliged to answer. The platform no longer verifies what students do. About superprof payment system, the platform doesn’t work correctly. Payments done through the platform are blocked for days. Superprof lies sending messages and emails and saying that the transfer has been done, but it is not true. Don’t use superprof for payments, they are not to be trusted. As soon as I find another platform, I will cancel my subscription.

A site that offers teachers a great experience with all its features

All went well upon signing, and I had more or less ok experiences with the teachers, but once I wanted to close the subscription, impossible. Written 3 times to the email they have given, written a "recommandée", nothing, they are still billing me. Do not recommend.
