Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong! I helped a friend book a trip. No payment was taken even though two weeks had passed. We chose to cancel. But I, who didn't even provide my credit card details or email address, am being asked to pay. These are ugly people!

100% more expencive tickets and no resolution to the issue

I purchased airline tickets through them and realized within three minutes that I had overpaid by more than 100%. I immediately contacted them to request a cancellation, but they didn’t respond. I called and emailed them daily, but there was no reply.

When I finally managed to reach them about a month later, they told me I needed to contact the airline directly. The airline was supposed to inform them that the purchase could be canceled, and only then would they process it. This never happened. I had purchased connecting flights with different airlines, which made the situation even more complicated.

The entire experience was extremely frustrating, with slow responses and no resolution to the issue.

Beware if your flights are rescheduled, awful customer service

Found them through Skyscanner and on there company has good reviews. Anyway I purchased 2 return tickets about 4 months prior to my trip. About a week before the trip first issues started when I tried to put my booking into Turkish airlines app upon which I was informed is problem with one of the 3 connecting flights. It turns out flight was rescheduled for 20 minutes and ticket had to be reissued. I had to contact customer support about 10 times it to be resolved. The real trouble started when we were about to return. Flight was supposedly cancelled (although airline denied that), and Supersaver promissed to reissue the tickets for a next flight. This indeed happened and I already had my tickets ready and checked the day before leaving. Upon checking the tickets few hours prior to leaving I noticed ticket has been cancelled with only first connecting flight remaining. I was in contact with Supersaver and airline wihich kept pointing fingers at eachother. After endless calls and being promissed to get a rescheduled ticket i had to resort to buyng new ticket as i gad work to attend and couldn't wait 2 weeks for them to do something or nothing as it turns out. Now 6 months after still they deny any mistakes and claim problem was not on their side. I would never book with them again. Not to mention every agent i spoke to "noted the issue and forwarded it to their responsible depatment", but every time i caled it was like they hear about it for the first time. Dear Super Saver Travel Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company regarding the refund process for a canceled ticket and the unacceptable level of customer service provided.

On [04/02/2024], I had to cancel a flight booking (Booking ID: [M285PG]) due to unforeseen circumstances. According to your policy and the assurances provided at the time of booking, I was entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up and inquiries made through your customer service channels, I have yet to receive any indication of when the refund will be processed.

Not only has the refund process been egregiously delayed, but the level of customer service I have encountered throughout this ordeal has been utterly disappointing. My attempts to seek clarification and assistance have been met with unresponsiveness, lack of empathy, and a blatant disregard for my concerns.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism demonstrated in handling this matter.
You should improve your customer service protocols to ensure that other customers do not face similar frustrations in the future.

Misspelt name on booking

Booked a ticket for a staff member to fly home for the New Year to see his family and I made an error by misspelling his forename with an E instead of an I. Supersaver say they can't help but the airline say that they can. Supersaver are a nightmare to deal with and will not assist with this issue. They obfuscate and you cannot to speak to a decision maker. Terrible - avoid if you can

Superb customer support

Had to cancel my flight - got in touch with online customer support within 10 mins. They cancelled my flight and processed a refund without any issues. Couldn't be more pleased, 10/10.

Take money for non provided service

I have paid additional money for window seat, but it was a middle seat in my ticket unfortunately. I have sent a complaint, Supersaver confirmed from “no-reply” email that I should have had a window seat and that’s it. No money - no service. Bravo!

Don't use this company

I booked a ticket on OCT22, the flight was cancelled 1 days before the departure time by the airline.
It was hard to reach Supersaver costumer service on the phone and they were enable to find a solution. For Supersaver, we have to contact the airline which is false.
I had to find a solution my self with extra-cost. I contact them afterwards to obtain a refund and they keep telling me that they are currently working on it.
I kept receiving email to use their refund service company which charge 35%...
Last time for me.

FRAUD

FRAUD, can't reach support even when platinum support package is bought. Only way - to call them to Ireland line. Did it many times, after 7-10 minutes of robot talk and menu pushing it drops the call... Impossible to do any changes or cancelations.

IT'S A FRAUD

I wish I did my research before purchasing a very expensive ticket. I booked through Skyscanner(PARTER SUPERSAVER) and the next day I received an email saying that my flight has been canceled. After contacting the airlines, they informed me that the ticket was NEVER issued and all my flights are still scheduled.
I called and emailed them many times but NO replies.
I honestly think this is a FRAUD website, where they are only slamming people.
I have still not received any feedback or refund.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, IT'S FRAUD WAITING TO HAPPEN.!!!!!

FRAUD

I booked a ticket on 24FEB (LI2ZJ9), ticket was cancelled 2 days after i booked it by the airline.
Supersaver has NOT REFUNED MY TICKET YET.
The airline said refund was sent instant to them ,
They are not answering my calls and emails saying the refund is processing, almost 2 months passed and i haven't seen my refund .

Complete garbage customer service, had me staying on the line for 1 hour without any response. Never responded to my emails regarding the issue I had. Do not order any services from them, since their customer support is non existant.

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service - automatic response phone system keeps looping through the menu without reacting to input. I was kept in the queue on an international call for more than 11 minutes without ever getting in contact with a live human agent.

I have booked a flight ticket from them and included baggage allowance.. They have booked the ticket and never added the baggage allowance. I have called them several times, they lie and say we will add it in 24 hours and they lied, I have called them again and they lied again and I couldn't check in. The worst company ever. Never use it..
