Please do not use this company!!! SCAM!!! If you read this, PLEASE!!

Me and my brother had a very bad experience this friday... We did not get informed about change in flight times... Not in email, not in SMS or anything.. This led to we miss our flight.. We should have taken the flight from Oslo airport 14.15 and the change without letting us know was 06.30 in the morning... We paid Supersaver also extra to letting us know when some changes are happening.... This also led to a economic disaster for us... and almost not getting our trip that was highly important to us... We had to book a hotel room for the night, on the airport, not knowing anything about our trip with new flights or anything.. We talked to the customer service first with a sweedish guy telling us that we should calm down and wait and everything will be fixed.. 3,5 hours later we still not heard nothing from them... I called them again, got set over to indian talking customer service, with very little english knowledge, the communication was disasterous... ending up with talking to 4-5 different people.. At last they said we would get new tickets, we waited and waited, not getting any new tickets... not getting answer on mail... very very bad customer support... We also lost one night on the other hotel in Amsterdam because of this... We had a very good luck just in the last second about buying new tickets, early in the morning at the airport, but this was very expensive... This should never happened.. Extra expenses for us was 1450 euros!!! Please if u read this, NEVER EVER use this company!!!!

Have call many times And wait that Super Saver send us a new booking travel in the day and ( not arrived 23.00 Amo'clock to Athen and home From Athen to Frankfurt change fly 1279 16.20 where next fly LH 830 go to Copenhagen 17.05 oclock ( 50 min to change in two Whealer chairs/ Luft Hansa say " ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE FLY 50 MIN " Why Super Saver change our ticket after we have pay for Norweigian fly D 83374 / 6.55 oclock - 11.00 oclock to Athen and HOME 21.11.2022 01.45 oclock - 4.10 Aegean fly A 3752 WE DO NOT KNOW and why Super Saver not arrange a NEW BOOKING - stranged ?? We do not want to pay again when Supersaver make a un usefull ticket to us (we are in whealer chairs ond 50 min. to change fly in Frankfurt 21.11.2022 is not possible) if no new booking why not send our money back d/ kr. 2.666,44. Avoid booking flights from this website

Avoid booking flights from this website. It is scam.
I booked a flight from Stockholm to Tehran operated by Lufthansa on 13 Novermber 2020 for 4082 SEK (almost 400 Euros). The airline canclled the flight. And I was refunded only 60 Euros (almost 15% of total amount). I called the agency so many times but I have never got back my money. Each time I talked with them, they told me we hav escalated your case and you have to wait.

Close to fraud

We got our flight cancelled one year ago and did still not get our money. This is a really bad company, don't book anything with them.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! The 2nd leg leg of my booking was cancelled so I called their call center to see what I can do with the ticket. They told me that since the 1st leg is still "on time" they can not refund it due to the ticket rules, and they will refund only the 2nd leg. So according to their judgement, I can still travel to my transfer point. To do what there?
Then I was yelled at because their agent couldn't make the diference between Cancelation guarantee and Cancelation protection, two diferent services that they offer. The agent was yelling at me that I never paid for Cancelation Guarantee (AVBOKNINGSGARANTI in swedish) so she would not process my request. The agent was very rude, refused to tell me her name and refused to transfer me to a supervisor or someone who could fix the problem. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Horrible experience

Never again

Booked in may, still havent got our money back. The service s u c k s, on phone I get the chance to talk to swedish support, this doesn´t happen so I gotta talk to a support in India that sounds that they are 2 metres from their phone and with accents (3 times) that is so so so hard to hear what they say. Nope, never again with these guys.

Never Supersaver again.

We are wondering if Supersaver have closed down due to their very bad business. DONT book. You won´t even hear from them when questions are asked about refunds. We booked tickets for Georgia in May, and have not got our money back yet.

SUPERSAVER TRAVEL PLEASE EMPLOY MORE THAN ONE PERSON TO ISSUE REFUNDS!!!!!

I too am awaiting my refund for my flights that were cancelled by the airline back in April. I too have emailed Supersaver travel with fair and relevant questions and only get back an automated reply. This is far from acceptable. Supersaver travels website continues to assure us that the consumer comes first and that they are a secure company to book your flights with.
They continue to advertise on their website that the uphold EC regulations...

Where reference is made to this Article, passengers shall be offered the choice between: (a) — reimbursement within seven days, by the means provided for in Article 7(3), of the full cost of the ticket at the price at which it was bought, for the part or parts of the journey not made, and for the part or parts already made if the flight is no longer serving any purpose in relation to the passenger's original travel plan, together with, when relevant.

It's difficult, extremely difficult to sympathise with the pressure a company is under right now when that have a total lack of respect for its customers and a total inability to keep it's customers properly updated.

Credit Card Scam

Supersaver runs multiple websites under its own name or under the name Seat24. My credit card has been charged without my authorization. I contacted them within two days to cancel all unauthorized transactions. They asked for booking number which I did not have since I am not the one who booked anything. They refused to search with my name and card details and said I should go to the police. BE AWARE. In my opinion, this is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am available to provide evidence if you have any objection.
