Appalling customer services. I enquired about the type of wood that had been used in one of their sofas to which they replied ‘hardwood’. When I asked if it was solid or veneer and the species of tree wood used they blanked me twice. Maybe they don’t know, maybe its cheap plywood, we will never know.
From my first phone call to my delivery and after sales service was excellent. And I must say am very very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again from SuperSave
