I started playing on super slots probably about a year ago when I had my friend refer me to their site because I would see her getting some nice hits, $500-$700 wins on multiple occasions and always getting paid in a timely fashion, and I can’t lie,my experience with Superslots has been great thus far, anytime I’ve had an issue with a bonus not showing up , customer service has been very prompt and helpful with fixing those issues which made me feel like they were dedicated to their players. I’ve never had any issues with any withdrawals I’ve made and every promotion that was advertised, did what they said they would do. So why I’m only giving a 2 star rating is because of a issue that has been ongoing this last week, where I have had to constantly message them, even though I’ve been told I would be updated. So to try n sum it up short, in the month of May, superslots had/has this promotion, May refer-a-friend promotion, in which if you refer someone not only do u get the normal perks of 50% of the deposit of the person u referred, 100 free spins on a random game but they would also give you an additional $25 on top. And the best part as long as u referred someone by May 20th u would be qualified into a special weekly leaderboard, just like the ones they have every week but this one, the top 36 would share $5000! As long as u qualified and referred someone by that date which I did. Fast forward to the week of the leaderboard which was from the 22nd-25th, I deposited $100 into my account and immediately started playing one of the four qualifying games to play on and by the time my money ran out I saw that I was in 1st place, $1000!.I waited anxiously til the end of the tournament and my score held up and when the timer hit zero, which was on Monday the 25th at 9pm PST, I was in the top spot! I reviewed the terms and conditions and saw I would be paid within 48 hours from the end of the tournament. As I’m writing this it is Friday May 29th, and this is after I messaged CS 48 hours after the end of promotion, to ask when I would be receiving my prize, they said I would be updated soon and try n be patient which I was ok with them taking a bit longer. So I had a ticket opened and I waited, and waited, 15 hours after the ticket was I opened , no progress , no update, I message them again they tell me they will expedite my ticket and be patient, ok so I try. When I checked up on the tickets maybe 6-7 hours after I saw that the ticket said it had been resolved but I had no emails no message,never talked to anyone but they closed it out with the comments saying u will receive your May promotional extra $25 on June 5th. That’s not even what I was complaining about, I just wanted my prize for being in 1st place, you would think that they would make it some sort of priority to get ppl paid after these, and they have in the past ,like two weeks ago I finished 2nd in the regular weekly leaderboard and got my $175 the next morning after the promotion had ended, so I was hoping they would pay this out in a similar time frame but I’m still waiting, with no assurance of any kind or just an update so I’m not left in the dark. This for sure doesn’t make me want to participate in any of their other promotions or want to refer anyone else. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is bc, they haven’t said they aren’t going to pay me, even though that’s what it seems like is going on. This is the first negative experience I’ve had at superslots so if I am paid I will definitely change my review to a positive one. All I want is for Superslots to do what they said they would do, and live up to their word, bc in the online casino world, your word is huge to new players who are thinking of joining the site and to existing players to keep playing on their site opposed to the handful of other ones that have positive reviews. It shouldn’t take 4-5 days to make a payment, especially to someone who got 1st place, I felt ecstatic when I saw I finished in the top spot, just giddy and so much joy to now, it’s left a bad taste in my mouth just sitting staring at the screen for the last 5 days to see if the funds get added to my account, complete night-and-day from the 25th to now, frustrated, disappointed, and feeling unimportant. Still waiting for answer of when I’m going to receive my money, but no email, no message , no update of any kind other than my ticket being in limbo and saying “ waiting for third party”? I’m not sure what that even means. It feels an awful lot like they’re trying to find a reason, any reason to not have to pay me, and it’s not even a huge jackpot or anything so why the hold up? None of their reps can give me any detail but the most generic response of, they are working on it, will email me as soon as they can. I’m losing any bit of faith I had left of getting paid now…

I love the variety of the games offered and how many of them are really high wins! Super fast withdrawals of winnings. The only thing I think could use improvements is the VIP bonuses and lack of free play/spins opportunities. It would be nice, as a regular player to receive much more incentive to continue to play.
