Like others I went to the Home build show in Excel and purchased a shower head based on the demo and promises made but this did not perform as demonstrated. I also tried to phone, email, fill the contact form but no response. Apparently the company has been dissolved on companies house. I also tried to contact The Thistlewaite House using same address and number , again no response.

SCAM ALERT!!!

This company don’t answer the phone, tell you to email and ignore all emails. I feel scammed. Bought three items from them totalling £70 at the Grand designs live event at the excel. Two of which don’t work and I cannot get hold of them to replace, or refund.

They have a 30 day money back guarantee that is worth nothing if you cannot get hold of them, and they ignore all emails.

I will be going trading standards now and reporting them.

I bought super soft shower heads at Excel Exhibition,the company does not reply to emails or phone calls the product is not it make out to be . Please do not buy this product they give 30 Days guarantee but they do not owner it .They are quick to take your money but no service after that.

We bought two shower heads from the Ideal Home Show in London on 15th April. They do not perform as promised and we were advised that if we were not happy we could return them within 30 days.
I have tried to contact the company by email twice - no response - and their telephone number is not recognised. I think this may be a scam company. I have contacted the Ideal Home Show to advise them.

Made purchase at their stand at the Ideal Homes Show in Dublin. Was told they were based in Co Meath Ireland but they cannot be found. Irish contact number for them disconnected. Product was nothing like as advertised. I have spent almost 2 months seeking the promised refund via the UK where they seem to be actually based. Brutally bad after sales customer service and refund experience. Never again!!!
