DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The shoes and cheap as SH!t and fall apart after wearing them one time!

I received on sale discounted boots calf high boots. They look pretty regularly $239 on sale for $139 which I tried to return within two weeks of receiving them.
Their return policy is a JOKE, I’d upload photos to prove the quality and heel cover coming off after wearing them one time!!
They refused to honor their “No Questions asked” return policy.
Instead, they tried offering me a $20 voucher and to send me new heel caps. I don’t want them they came off. I glued them on. They came off again. Their piece of crap poorly made hollow plastic heel made it look like wood, which is not.

Hello,
Thank you for your support and reply. If you don't want us to send you replacement heels, are there any other styles you like? We can exchange them for another style you prefer. We look forward to your reply.
Sincerely

Good Afternoon,
I am one step away from blasting Superstar Lady on social meadia to my followers to never purchase from your store due to your lying about your refund policy.

I DO NOT WANT THESE BOOTS ANY LONGER! I WANT A FULL REFUIND AS YOUR STORE CLAIMS TO OFFER.

I DO NOT WANT HEEL REPLACEMENTS. I HAD GLUED BOTH HEEL CAPS ON AND ONE CAME OFF ANYWAY.

In case you don't u8nderstand thge actual issue is with the heel design, the ultra sharp edge which gets pulled off on cheap quality boots or shoes like these when driving.
The heel is at an angle and the Sharp edge catches the floor pad when driving.

No glue will help this and I am certainly NOT paying $140 for this type of quality.

REFUND, REFUND, REFUND, per your policy, see attached in case you don't know your own policy.

Sincerely,
Veronica
