I placed an order back in November totaling $100, it is now March and I have received NOTHING! I contacted them but they take weeks to respond, they acknowledged never shipping my goods, refuse to send the things I’ve already payed for or give me a refund. Literally stole my money and ignored me. Have filed 2 complaints with the BBB. Stay away, this place is a scam!!!

No order sent, two Royal Mail tracking numbers but neither actually made it to Royal Mail. No replies to email, just glad I paid via my credit card

I've used SPLX for three orders in total over the past two years. My first order in 2023 went smoothly with no issues. My second order in March 2024 took six weeks to arrive, despite the warehouse and myself both being in the UK. My most recent order was in July 2025, I placed my order two and a half months ago and never received it.

According to the tracking info SPLX supplied a month after my order, Royal Mail never received my order. I contacted SPLX through both their emails address and contact form (which are the onlyeans of contacting them.) They said in an email they sent a second order out near the end of August (despite the items being out of stock on their website) because my initial one never arrived (supplied no new tracking info) - that order also never arrived in the month since they dispatched it.

They offered to send my order a third time but sorted a refund instead because I said I would issue a chargeback through my bank to retrieve the money myself due to their lack of communication or action.

I have no proof my order was ever dispatched. From the eight emails I've sent over the last two months I've had three replies until I talked about issuing a chargeback where they replied less than 24 hours later with an actual solution to avoid a chargeback against them.

Until they offer a more transparent and detailed delivery and tracking system with a different courier, or a local pick up from their warehouse I won't buy anything from them again and would advise everyone to avoid at all cost and buy their merch from private sellers.

Another who never recieved their order. Placed an order back in August, then total radio silence. Sent an email to both listed email addresses and didn't recieve a reply. Messaged on Insta, no reply.

Only time I was able to interact with anyone at SPLX was leaving a comment on an Insta post. They deleted the comment and sent a message asking me to contact one of the email addresses I'd already messaged. Tried again. Nothing. Managed to get a refund through PayPal.

Great designs, shame the site feels like a scam site now.

Don’t bother. You won’t get your order. They won’t answer any emails, will delete comments on their instagram posts and their insta admin will fob you off.

Dispute the payment with your bank and move on. Give your money to companies like blcksmth who actually care.

Placed an order last year and e-mailed several times and never heard back. Non-existent customer service, this place clearly turned into a scam.

My experience has been rotten, no response to my emails regarding my order which was due to be dispatched on April 30th but since then I’ve only received one update stating Royal Mail is expecting my order. I feel like I’m being ripped off

Terrible service.

Compared to 10 years ago this company has gone to trash. They have no customer service unless you spam them on their posts calling them out for being exactly who they are, a scam.

Places an order in December 2020 - Never showed.

This is a scam website, buyer please beware. I am not sure why this scam website is a first hit on Google search.

I tried contacting them many times, however there is no reply. $80 lost forever as I paid through PayPal.
