Received the incorrect item, and after emailing the company and after sharing multiple images of my order, I was told if I returned the incorrect product, I would then receive the correct item. This still would involve me as a customer going out of my way to rectify a mistake not made by myself, so I asked for a discount, leaving the door open for a negotiation due to this experience and not ruling out that I would need to return the incorrect product. I have not heard back from them since 19th July and my original email was on 17th July. What is also disappointing is I’ve been a regular buyer of Supplement Needs, spending atleast £170+ since March.

I've been a customer of Supplement Needs for 7 years and their customer service and quality of products is second to none. Continuously releasing innovative products which are scientifically backed and studied by Dr Dean (with no propitiatory blends in sight like most companies). The customer service is always superb with Leigh and Charlie always go above and beyond to meet orders with very fast delivery. I'm a big fan of the small box sizes and eco friendliness of the packaging too.

Been using supplement needs products for over 3 years now and wouldn’t get anywhere else due to the quality, clinical dosages and service provided.

They're products are top quality, specifically i'm using their pre/intra workout formulations. Even the assistance is top notch. On the last order i got some products in the wrong flavour, they immediately solved the problem.
