I ordered “Next Day delivery”

I ordered “Next Day delivery”. It has been a week and I have had to contact the delivery company myself as I am still waiting for my parcel. I am very unsatisfied with the service.

Great product, delivery to be improved

Very good quality product which also tastes great. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that I paid 4.99 for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive until 3 days after I ordered it. Also I couldn’t see any other option for delivery other than next day.

We are glad you like the product!

I have checked the delivery and can confirm the delivery arrived next working day.

We have a delivery cut off set at 2pm so anything ordered after 2pm is sent the next day. Your order was dispatched on a Friday and it arrived on Monday as the weekends do not count as working days.

I hope that clears up why it arrived later than expected.
