Gledhill SysteMate 2000 ACB
Ordered a replacement ACB for a Gledhill SysteMate 2000 heating system. The ACB arrived quickly, was exactly what I ordered, fitted the ACB, followed the supplied commissioning instructions which were very clear and simple and system has worked fine ever since. Good prompt service and value.

Expensive delivery costs
I bought a thermostat for £20. Delivery was £10! It was by DPD my favourite delivery company, but didn’t even arrive next day (though I didn’t need next day). Need to rethink delivery costs.

Tried to order a radiator but the supplier was unable to source stock.
We ordered the radiator but the company was unable to supply in a timeous manner so reimbursed us immediately. I thought this was was appropriate and honest.

Great recovery from a delivery issue
My order arrived a week late and only after I called to find where it was. You might expect therefore that I would rate my experience lower. I did not do so because these things happen and the company’s response was exemplary. My message was passed on and two people returned my call within two hours. The second had found that DPD had failed to collect from their Warehouse. I was offered the option of a refund or delivery in two days. I opted for delivery and the product arrived as promised.
